5 Stars!I went in, and an Advanced Auto Parts Representative named Dave spoke with me about the issue I was having.There was another Advanced Auto Parts Representative, who also echoed the same solution to the problem I was encountering.Dave asked if he could take a look at my car outside.After looking at my car, he confirmed what I needed to purchase to fix the problem, and how to use it.He really went at great lengths to help me and I am sincerely thankful!

Waited almost a week for a same day delivery. Had to go into the store location. Staff was friendly and pleasant but didn't have parts available. Due to issues non related to staff the whole process was a waist of time and money, only to cancel my order. Here it is almost 2 weeks past and I'm still waiting on money to be refunded

My father purchased a crate motor for my 2001 F150 in 2018 from the store on Halls Ferry Rd in Vicksburg, MS. The motor is defective, has been since it was purchased, and the Advance Auto employees in the store insisted that my father did NOT purchase the motor, or anything else from them. My father has spent THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of dollars with this company over the years! The employee told my father that their computer system crashed 3 months ago, and that they lost ALL records for a lot of customers and are unable to retrieve them, and as such are not responsible for any warrantys that were purchased by the customer because of an error BY THEM. So from what I understand, my father spent money to pay for lifetime warranties on multiple parts, INCLUDING A $3,400 CRATE MOTOR, and this company does not plan to honor any of them. In addition to this, the store employees were extremely rude when explaining this, even threatening to call the police on my father because they did not want to talk to him any further to try and fix the problem.Will NEVER be spending money at this store, or any other branch of this company again.

My husband recently went there to buy wiper blades. Someone asked what he needed and he told them and they kept walking out the door. 3 or so employees never helped him or acknowledged him after that. He left and won't be back. I thought someone might want to know. Thanks.

The employees were helpful, and I was able to find what I needed quickly.

So I showed up at Advance Auto Parts on Sunday morning at 8:50. They were already four or five cars in the parking lot waiting. No big deal waited till 9 went and tried the door hadn't seen anybody inside moving around they had a sign on the door that they were closing at 6 from the night before. Get looking inside beating and pounding on the door a gentleman drove up and said it's common practice for this establishment to not open the doors on time waited until 9:20 when to O'Reilly's and was waiting on in mediately and got the parts that I needed

When you get great customer service, attention must be paid.I wish I'd caught the employee's name, but he did everything he could to help me with my battery issue including checking my current battery's strength, making educated recommendations on my battery's replacement and explaining how other issues could affect my car's performance.You have an asset at this location! Thanks so much for the help!

I am updating thus review because of the email and response from owners. They went out of their way to assure me it would not happen agaian. To me that says a lot for the buiness. I will return in the coming days to see. To the owners thanks.
