Had issue with them when I had to call constantly hounding them for a new trash can since the trash guy kept breaking my bin. When I called back some rude worker hung up on me when I was complaining and telling her what had happened. I called back waited another 20 mins requesting to talk to a manager but they never call me back!! SUPER RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This picture was the second time they replaced my bin in two weeks. They’re lucky I can’t use anyone else but I will never recommend!!Services: House & garage cleanouts, Yard debris removal

The drivers will forget they have you on their route for your particular pickup day that you pay for quarterly.Then when they do pick up your trash it falls all over the road, your yard and your neighbors yard where it’s left until you get home from a long days work and have to pick up all the loose particles left behind from the can not properly being disposed of accurately. Smh, I wish I had another waste provider to chose from but unfortunately I don’t do to my geographical location.

Do not!!! get the service for your home. I have been waiting 2 weeks to get my trashcan and its still not here. everytime I call WM they tell me its scheduled to be delivered that day. but nothing arrives. Service: Trash removal & disposal

Advance disposal is the worst trash service we’ve ever had. They always throw our bin around and leave it in the road on its side. We’ve had our bin half emptied multiple times and its not packed tight or anything. And when you call the company you won’t even have a chance to talk to anyone because you will sit on hold forever and no one will ever answer. Just pay the extra money for a better company.Services: Junk removal, Yard debris removal

Absolutely the worst trash company in the business. They don't pick up trash, they just spread it around our parking lot and public street as it falls out of the top of the truck weekly. Every employee knows when the trash was "picked up" because as soon as you turn down our street you see it littered with trash. In the process of waiting on VPD to write them a ticket for littering. I'm tired of this.

For the last 3-4 weeks, I have watched the driver pick up my trash can and put it back down where it falls INTO THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD and he just leaves it there. Then he passes by again to do the other side and neither time does he stop and pick it up from the road and put it back on my driveway. If you are too lazy to do your job the right way, then you will no longer be receiving my money or my recommendation.

Ever since Waste Management bought them out, they have gone from the most horrible, to even worse than worst. They dont follow their schedule, out once beautiful neighborhood now looks trashy from alk the spillage, and they leave out cans laying in the middle of the street to get run over. I have been on hold from open to close everyday this week while I try to cancel my service. I called literally thr minute they open and already get the recording, "due to unusually high call volume, your wait time is greater than 10 minutes. I think they are just ignoring people. Guess I'll just let someone steal their cans as I'm no longer there.Service: House & garage cleanouts

Do yourself a favor and choose Deep South... They get better reviews... This Company misses pickup dates and blames you for it. I called them and just told them to pick up the can. I will pay more. They don't care about you as a customer and honestly should not be allowed to serve our community. Nevertheless. They absolutely deserve the rating they have on Google.
