Every now and then you may back the truck into a post and wonder “where can I get a taillight for this thing?” I would recommend Al’s Lynnwood Truck Parts. They have a lot of parts on the shelf, and anything else they have a guy who will go out back and get it for you. Great shop.

I called to buy a radio and bezel but the guy said he didn't want to waist his time to go look for a bezel if I'm not serious. Am I wrong or is that what you do sale parts? 750 for a screen with a bubble on it you guys are insane and who ever I talk to should be fired cause I was not calling to waist anyone's time , but you just lost all my biss and I will not call for parts from you again due to your lazy employee who didn't want his time wasted.

They have high quality parts in very nice condition. Not the typical wrecking yard stuff. It is NOT cheap. 90% of their sales are to auto body repair shops doing insurance work. If you a need high quality part that looks near new, they have it, but it will cost you. I got a very hard to find super nice seat for my truck when everywhere else had junk.

Buyer beware extremely high priced for junkyard parts. Worst customer service ever I will never be back. Give you hard time when you want to make return when they offer 90 day return policy. (I purchased parts blindly over phone tried to return on pickup. John got snooty and said I’m out of here noon on a Friday, and advised me I had to comeback for a return. Yes just look at other reviews. They are happy to take your money but won’t stand by returns without a hassle. Customer is always wrong here with a 20% restocking fee on overpriced junk. Just look at other reviews I unfortunately didn’t read the reviews before shopping. Truly hope this saves others. Can’t see this place staying in business without a serious attitude adjustment geared towards customer service.

We bought an engine for a 2003 Ford Expedition from Al's and when we received it, this is what we were staring at (see picture). When we called them and let them know that there was an unsettling amount of sludge in the motor, they told us that it would be fine and that they have been in the business for years. We asked if we could replace it with another engine they had on hand and they said, "if we weren't happy with this one, why would we be with another." I didn't realize the commonality for used engines to come packed with sludge. When we purchased the engine, it was supposed to come with a warranty. I wouldn't trust any engine, let alone anything that uses any fluids from these guys. They didn't seem eager to help at any point. Buyer Beware! UPDATE: In response to the owner's response. That guy is quite the storyteller. We called the day after we received the engine. That is how I was able to get such a good picture of the front of the engine. Nowhere in my review did I question the compression of the engine. They told us the engine had been sitting for almost 3 years and that is just needed to be sprayed out. Never at any point did they offer us a full refund. They did give us a call after I left the review asking what they needed to do to get us to remove it. It was disappointing to see that they only wanted to talk to me after I had left a review with the picture. The same picture I had sent them when I was trying to get them to warranty the engine in the first place.

I went to Al's Truck Parts in Lynnwood to get seats and some other parts for my vehicle. I looked at the seats and they looked in good condition so I looked at some other parts in the yard on the vehicle but the parts were not in good condition so I only bought the seats. Now the problem is they sold me seats for the wrong model year after walking me through the yard to look at other parts for that model year they sold me seats for a totally different year. Now the seats are not with the vehicle in the yard and the model years in question look almost identical. The seats were also not labeled with a model year. Needless to say, I tried to install the next day and everything fit except the wiring harness did not line up. I still thought maybe this was a mistake in good faith. I called and asked about exchanging them for the right seats or to get a refund, even offering to pay a 20% restocking fee. They said they did not know why I bought the wrong year, but it was not their problem and closed the conversation with the comment "Buyer Beware" before abruptly hanging up. Unreal that they took me to look at parts for the correct model year for a steering wheel but then sold me seats for a different year that don't fit, seems like a little more than an honest mistake and they are awful to deal with. The one thing I will agree with them on is BUYER BEWARE at Al's Truck Parts. They are unprofessional, unpleasant, and will not make things right, even if its obviously their fault. Added after reply: as you can see from their reply They do not seek to reconcile problems. They blame the customer Once again, buyer beware at Al’s truck Parts.

I’ve used Al’s for 5 years now, my dad has used them for my whole life. Great customer service, quality parts. They charge what parts are worth, and the few warranties we’ve had to do are smooth. If they don’t have something they can 9/10 times tell you where to find it.

Horrible customer service, I came on Friday before they closed for Christmas, I just needed a used battery. There was 10 min til closing and they wouldn’t let me see if the battery fit in my car. By the time they closed I was still putting my old battery back in my car and they stood outside watching me. One of the employees approached me and yelled that they’d tow my car if I didn’t hurry up. Another dude said “you won’t get your car back til Monday” Didn’t understand why they were so rude.

Do not recommend shopping here, get ready for the worst customer service experience ever. You would think they would care about the customer but all you get is the most rude cocky comments from these salesmen as if they are the kings of parts. Save yourself the time and do not shop here. Prices are ridiculously high, even on damaged parts! They know they are scamming people that they go as far as telling you to shop somewhere else and just hang up.

Horrible customer service and prices. Not sure why even go there. Three times more expensive than gundies or b&r, just because they are truck junk yard. Would never go there anymore

Haven't purchased the elusive part yet, but spoke with a kind, polite individual who didn't give off the impatient vibe I encounter too often these days. Got a huge feeling of confidence based on the conversation, a strong impression of integrity, and the information I was given was informative, respectfully given, and encouraging. Big points for all of the above!

I bought some seats from Al's to replace my bench seat with buckets and they are awesome! They let me see the seats so I could measure the brackets to make sure they would bolt in which they did. They dont do returns so make sure what you buy is what you need like I did there will be no bones made if you buy the wrong part its on you. Their seats come at a price but they are pristine so you get what you pay for there they wont negotiate asking prices on them.

Hello , recently I received a response from Al's Lynwood Truck parts saying I made a one star review about their attitude and he responded with an apology. Just to let people know I did not write that review and have never been to this company in Washington.

Prices are a little high, but very easy to deal with and they know where their parts are. Edit: Prices keep going up and the guy I spoke to today was pretty rude. I was trying to explain to him that the window switch for a 2015 f150 is iinterchangeablefrom 2015-2020 F150 as well as superduty. He ta ta'ed me off and said since I know what I'm looking for to just give him a stock number. After doing that for him he gave me a price of $74. This part is $75 brand new in the box at the Ford dealer...

The worst buying experience. I would not recommend it to anyone, if you have no choice and have to buy here, inspect everything carefully and ask lots of questions about what you will get so you get what you pay for. Not a trustworthy business.

Called in looking for a bed liner that they were advertising for $75. They said they have one and its used in good condition. The guy on the phone sounded nice. So I decided to go check it out also needed leaf springs that they said they have and couple small items. Drove an hour and a half each way. When i showed up they showed me the bed liner it was cracked in the corner and looked like something got thrown in it on the opposite corner that put a dent in it. I said I will consider taking it if they give me a discount, since i drove so far didn't want to leave empty handed. They said its already on discount it used to be $150. The thing is they post all their bed liners for $75. Looked at the leaf springs the frame on one side is bent right where the spring is attached so that could of bent the spring too and turns out you get the springs for $250 a piece and the hardware to put it on is separate. I needed back up sensors and a trailer tow plug harness. They showed me a messed up bumper where the plugs for the sensors are damaged and missing 2 out of the 4 sensors. Originally quoted $200 for a good set of sensors and harness said will sell it for $150 now. The harness was trashed and missing half the sensors and he still tried to sell it to me, eBay sells the set of sensors for $35. The trailer pigtail wanted $85 for found one online for $15. This place is a rip off. When i asked him about giving me a discount since all the parts are damaged he got really arrogant wouldn't talk to me or look my way. Really poor customer service cant believe they are around after treating people like that. They try to sell messed up parts and when you say something they will treat you like trash. After seeing this i just left to spend my money else where and though would share so others would be warned. Cost me over 3 hours of my family time and 40 bucks in diesel fuel.

John at the counter hooked up our shop with a difficult to find engine with very low miles. It arrived to us clean and in good condition. Took care of a minor issue on a turbo for us and helped make the deal stick. Very happy with the service, time line and communication with these guys. Nowadays you get what you pay for and never have had trouble with them. Thanks John!

I've heard horror stories from others trying to buy parts or who have bought parts here, and I knew they had what I was looking for, so I stopped in. They turned me away, claiming they didn't have the part, even though I could see from their parking lot 3 of the vehicles I was inquiring about sitting right to the left of their building. The stories are true unfortunately...

I had been looking for a nurf bar for a 2003 F150 Harley Davidson. I contacted John at Al's and he was very helpful. He took pictures of the part and assured me that it was in great condition. It was packaged and shipped to me in western PA . I received the chrome part and was absolutely Thrilled by the condition, price and shipping. These are great people to deal with!!!! Chuck M.

High prices, sometimes have hard to find parts... have had good experiences with products I've bought but if you have the aptitude your better off visiting one of the many u-pull junkyards in the county, Gunners in Lake Steven's has the consistently best prices with picknpull having the biggest selection

I was very pleased with the service at Al's! The prices were considerably better then dealer prices I was looking at. And the best thing was that the parts were as good as New☺. I will most definitely be going to Al's for my parts from here on out.
