There stuff is good quality they usually have what you need even small things.

Very nice guys but the place is organized the way only a man could find anything. Luckily you don't have to try and find what you need.

I drove 4 hours to get the part I needed. They had the right part sitting and waiting for me when I arrived. They even loaded it up for me.

They have high quality parts in very nice condition. Not the typical wrecking yard stuff. It is NOT cheap. 90% of their sales are to auto body repair shops doing insurance work. If you a need high quality part that looks near new, they have it, but it will cost you. I got a very hard to find super nice seat for my truck when everywhere else had junk.

After seeing ads on Craigslist for seats that I might use in my K5 Blazer restoration, I stopped in to take a look at front buckets, consoles, and third row seats. I was told by the front desk “bring us a stock number, and we’ll bring it down, we don’t let people just wander through the warehouse”. So with no ability to look at seats, determine condition, and make a selection, I’ll take my money elsewhere. CYA.

Only dealt with them over the phone, they need to learn how to be polite to people on the phone, i felt like i was bothering them, my entire conversation with them ended up being awkward. I will never refer this place to anyone, ever.

We bought an engine for a 2003 Ford Expedition from Al's and when we received it, this is what we were staring at (see picture). When we called them and let them know that there was an unsettling amount of sludge in the motor, they told us that it would be fine and that they have been in the business for years. We asked if we could replace it with another engine they had on hand and they said, "if we weren't happy with this one, why would we be with another." I didn't realize the commonality for used engines to come packed with sludge.When we purchased the engine, it was supposed to come with a warranty. I wouldn't trust any engine, let alone anything that uses any fluids from these guys. They didn't seem eager to help at any point. Buyer Beware!UPDATE:In response to the owner's response. That guy is quite the storyteller. We called the day after we received the engine. That is how I was able to get such a good picture of the front of the engine. Nowhere in my review did I question the compression of the engine. They told us the engine had been sitting for almost 3 years and that is just needed to be sprayed out. Never at any point did they offer us a full refund. They did give us a call after I left the review asking what they needed to do to get us to remove it. It was disappointing to see that they only wanted to talk to me after I had left a review with the picture. The same picture I had sent them when I was trying to get them to warranty the engine in the first place.

High prices, sometimes have hard to find parts... have had good experiences with products I've bought but if you have the aptitude your better off visiting one of the many u-pull junkyards in the county, Gunners in Lake Steven's has the consistently best prices with picknpull having the biggest selection
