I called here to make an appointment and was helped by Vicky. She was excited to help and listened to my issues. Even better she was able to get me in same day so that was helpful considering the Chevy dealership in my town had a 16 day wait time for just diagnostics. While we were there they realized there was a air bag recall on my vehicle and took care of it as well as my other issues. I was very pleasantly surprised by the care and attention to detail. Thank you again.

My truck had major issues due to the quality of the vehicle from the plant. The service agent was knowledgeable about the issue and explained it fully to me. Mr Reese the service agent was honest up front about how long it would take to fix with the backlog of parts. The only real negative issue with this was while I am covered for a rental car due to the length of my vehicle being in the shop 30 days I was not afforded this option. this again was an issue with GMC not dealership. This is the second time this has happened so I am out about 800$to 1,000$ for both times. I am not happy for this and would caution people from purchasing a GMC vehicle.

Outstanding service from Rand Alford and his whole team! From my salesman Wayne Trotter, who showed me just what I was looking for, answered all my questions (and didn't try to BS me if he didn't know something. He admitted "I don't know" and went and found the answer), and even encouraged me to go evaluate and drive competitor's trucks that I had long been considering. He was confident that he had the best product and that I'd be back. Also a big shout out to Candy in the paperwork office, and to Jimmie in the parts department for accessories for my new truck. They obviously love helping folks out and taking care of the customer. The personal service and attention to detail from the whole team started the moment of first contact has been outstanding ever since. Honesty, pleasantness, and integrity in certain sections of business (car dealers especially) are rare and it was great to see it all practiced here at this dealership. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Rand Alford and his team for years to come.

My check engine light was on and I had no idea of how long it would take them to fix my vehicle. I would have needed a rental vehicle if it would taken 2 or more days. There were no rental vehicles available. The service department found the problem and was able to fix it in 4 hours. I was really thankful for they're help in getting my vehicle fixed that fast!!
