After asking for a quote and giving them the part number, the guy told me to call back in 15 minutes. That's fine. When I called back, I asked if I could send a photo to see if the part matches. They refused and said they could send a photo of theirs via text. I asked for email instead and they said no and hung up without notice.Rude, horrible customer service. Will not recommend to anyone.

Rick was okay on the phone. Place was a little hard to find. Homeless encampment nearby. So what's new in Berkeley? Jon's people skills could definitely improve. It seems as though he doesn't want to be there. What are you going to do if you need the part and they have it? Yeah, learn to deal with poor service.

FALSE ADVERTISING! They had a picture of a rim with a center cap and priced at $75.00 NOWHERE in the picture did it say the CENTER CAP was separate! Tried to have an attitude and get rude! Total Garbage Customer Service! Never do business here again!

Everything i come to this place Foreign auto wreckers the owner is so helpful even goes out of his way to look at my car gives great advice and this place always has what I need even gives me discounts cause I come whenever I need a part and I recommend friends to this place very friendly people.

Great place to buy almost any used part at very convenient prices the best thing is they have a brother junk yard a mile next to the other, and second best is they have lots cars you new cars you don't usually find at pick n pull.

Jon's shop is a theft!!!!!!They gave me two used Subaru Forester Automatic Transmission both of them had issues according to two Tranny shop.Just because of my ethic, I return my Tranny as a core when I picked their second Tranny, but because the 2nd one did not work neither, I returned it to them. when I asked Jon for my used Tranny that I dropped in their shop the week before, he asked me to wait outside. He, Jon stole one of cables from my tranny. This is on top of the $60 that he deducted from my total purchase. Very unprofessional Shop. Don't trust them.
