    Wanna give a big shout out to Eric Hopkins this dude is a stand up guy he went above and beyond beyond to help us even went to bad for us with our warranty company and the dealer shop when they tried to give us a hard time him an this company are the best I would recommend getting all of your parts from them they honor there warranty’s and are super helpful super good company Eric Hopkins works out of the Fort Worth Texas location if you call them ask for him he will do you right he is good at what he does

    They went above and beyond! On a Friday too! Great experience and I will be calling Rena first from now on. Thanks to Laura T, I got my parts when I needed them and it saved me a 12 hour round trip! Good job to the whole team.

    I called on Friday to get a wheel for my car they told me that they had just received the vehicle and that I needed to wait until Monday so I called back Monday and pay over the phone, THEN AFTER PAYMENT they tell me that I have to wait until the following day to pick up because they take 24 hours to pull the part I would have paid for it on FRIDAY had they told me that. I arrived 5:00 on the dot when they're fixing to close so I was running late due to a family member that is passing. So all the doors are shut .....then they come out and tell us to pick up ends at 4:30. Never once did anybody tell me pick up ends at 4:30 just like nobody told me to pay for it to get it pulled in the first place It's extremely irritating and a waste of time and I could be sitting with my aunt at the moment before she passes but I am now driving in traffic to get back home to her with no wheel. I need to come back tomorrow and deal with the same people and I'm truly frustrated and that I would not recommend them. Eddie was my sales person.

    Must disorganized place in the world ordered part waited a week for delivery they never called to let me know part arrived showed up to get part wait for 30 mins dor one person getting parts . .then get told you have to go pay in another bldg and then come to this bldg ........maybe let people know this post it something so sad been in business for a long time and after all that this is how they treat you for special order part ....will look somewhere else next time

    Called and asked about a part was put on hold then they hung up on me so I had to call back 3 times before someone answered just for her to tell me none of their locations has it that it would take 3 to 5 days for them to order it. They will not be on my list of places to go

    I paid them over $600 for a rear end for a 95 f150 that they had to ship from Wyoming. After waiting over a week longer than I was told, I receved a rear end that was full of water and metal shavings. When I purchased the rear end, the money was immediately removed from my account but when you return it it takes them 7-10 days to return your money to your account. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! they will sell you junk!

    "yeah don't take anymore Spanish people" is what Esmeralda said. All because she misunderstood. I'm sorry but y'all are in an area where it's mostly Spanish speaking people. If yall got nothing nice to say keep it to yourself especially in front of other customers. So unprofessional

    Ordered an engine in February, its now the end of March and we still have no engine, and cannot get anyone to answer the phone or emails. Very dissatisfied, and will be pursuing legal action!

    I have never been to this location but I can tell you that they work professionally as well as prioritizing honesty. I ordered a side mirror for my Lexus and paid for shipping all the way to NJ. It arrived on time, color matches perfectly and most importantly the lady who helped me from sales department was so polite over the phone. I ordered over the phone and paid over the phone which went very smoothly, took only couple of minutes. Who ever was making the part ready for shipping deserves compliments because the mirror was wrapped so nicely there was no way for it to get damaged during shipping which was my only concern. I'll be recommending this business to my friends as well.

    Have been trying to locate a engine control module for my Toyota Corolla. They had one for 75 unfortunately it didn't work in my 2010 even though alot of places say 09/10 ,work. Had absolutely no problem returning it. Employees all very friendly and polite.

    Went in to get a spare tire and within 5 minutes with Chris on the sales team, I had purchased the exact tire I needed. It was a hassle-free process, incredibly affordable, and the tire itself was brand new. I would definitely recommend visiting this store for any and all car replacement/improvement purchases.

    My friend bought an engine from them for $2175 with three month warranty we installed the engine And it was bad it wasn’t start He called them and they won’t return it back

    Spent a week of my time and wasn't even able to send the item. I paid the amount they requested, but then they called me next day and increase a price for another 100$. I gave them my own label, but 4 days later they refused to ship package. Do not deal with this company, waste of money and time

    Received faulty part, obviously these people do not test their merch before shipping, otherwise they would've noticed that the visibly corroded compressor was locked. This demonstrates lack of respect for my time, the credit costs I make and above all, TRUST!! Returns are seen as the holy grail of doing business and not caring about about the rest is the norm here. Being overseas I was denied return extention, an issue that wouldnt exist if they had tested the part in the first place. I will never buy from this disrespectful incompetent company again and I would advise everyone not to either . Ebay should ban shady sellers like this one

    Before purchasing the item I messaged the seller and asked if there was any damage. They told me there was not. When the item arrived the backup camera didn't work and there was damage to the paint in several places including a large ding. The seller sent me a return label but it required me to take it to a freight shipping facility. I talked to the freight shipping facility and found that I would need to package the item myself and that I would need a non-standard-sized pallet because of the size and shape of the item. The Shipping facility gave me a few ideas of where to look for such a pallet but I could not acquire one. I asked the seller if they would do a partial refund towards a replacement camera and repairing the paint defects. The seller offered a $100 credit but this was not enough to cover the damage. On Jun 16 I sent the seller a message: "When I get the pallet put together and packed to ship I will reach back out to you for a new shipping label. It may be a week or two as I am heading out of town. Thanks." On June 17 the seller responded: "Please let me know and I will write the ship team again for the label." After I got back from my trip I built a custom pallet and was ready to send back the item. On June 24 I messaged the seller: "I am ready to ship. Will you please send me the new label." I never heard back from the seller so I called their business. The person who deals with their eBay business "Jeff" told me that his operations manager "Jerry Shaw" was being difficult and refused to provide a return label even though we had been working together in good faith to get the item returned.

    I discovered this company at a gas station I was only 19 at the time trying to find a really good insurance and this was just amazing. The prices, the people, the service thy provide. I couldn’t of found a better insurance. I tell people how much I pay and they think it’s ridiculous but overall the customer service and the insurance is just absolutely amazing and I love the people there, they really make me feel like I get taken care of and they gave me their home phone so anytime I need them I know that I can contact them and that’s just great to me they make it so personal and that’s what makes this place so much better.

    American Auto Salvage always has quality parts! Most of the time they always have something for you in stock. If they don't they can get it quickly for you some times even the next day. I'd like to thank Louis for always helping me find the parts I need. Great guy!

    Great people. Came in as they were closing to buy a wheel. They were pleasant to deal with even though they had to stay late. Part was in great shape. Turned out I did not need it and return process was easy. Wendy and Ryan are awesome.

    I've used American Auto Salvage 2-3 times now for various parts, and have always been pleased with their customer service and their fair prices. Each time I was able to call ahead to see if they had a particular part, and they'd always have it ready for me when I got there. These guys are great, and I highly recommend them!
