I don’t post reviews often but this one deserves it due to the Great Service and attention I received from Laura Salas at American Auto Salvage. My 2015 Yukon 6.2L engine went out for the third time. Had bought two used engines, from different salvage yards and both went out within 6 month warranty. Living in chicago I tried to buy a new remanufactured engine from GMC, but dealers here told me it could take 1-6 months before I received it. So I went online and saw that America auto had a reman engine at a reasonable price, called and talked to Laura. I was skeptical, but still drove down to Ft. Worth, hoping it was not a bait and switch trick like other places do. When I arrived at America auto, and talked to Laura she showed me engine and told me about warranty, which was great. We closed the deal right then and there, and I couldn’t be happier with my engine and experience. Just drove done to Dallas this past weekend and engine is great. Highly recommend American auto and specially talking to Laura Salas, they do Buisness with Honor and respect!
