Spent a week of my time and wasn't even able to send the item. I paid the amount they requested, but then they called me next day and increase a price for another 100$. I gave them my own label, but 4 days later they refused to ship package. Do not deal with this company, waste of money and time

THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PARTS AND DON'T CARE ABOUT CONSUMERS!!! This part was sent to me through a warranty company. We received a transmission for a 2017 Ford Escape, and the connector was soaked in oil. We cleaned it up, installed new axle seals, had to pull the pan because the label was bolted inside the pan. Installed transmission, as well as a new oem transmission harness. Test drove and had no issues, connector was not leaking and was holding on harness. After about 8 miles transmission started slipping and was not able to be driven any further. Had vehicle towed in and on inspection found that lower locking tabs on connector had broken off and connector was no longer completely secure to harness. Spoke with Jake, emailed him pictures and he said those don't just break, which is untrue because the transmission we just removed from the vehicle had the same problem. After arguing my point that we pulled on the harness to ensure a good connection prior to vehicle leaving and that it being oil soaked and that probably softened the plastic and once heated up the locking tabs broke off. He tried to say that something must have happened in the 8 miles the customer had it. The vehicle has a splash shield and was gone for less than 30 minutes when failure occurred. He claimed it wasn't there part that failed on it's own. He tried to get me to agree to 1 hour of labor when the repair would take over 3 hours (Alldata labor guide). Once I told him I wouldn't agree to do it for that amount they denied the claim all together. It seems weird that they were willing to accept responsibility when they could make the problem go away for a small amount of money, but when I wouldn't accept the low amount that would cost me money to fix their problem, they deny responsibility.I would advise any automotive repair shop or individual to exhaust all options before turning to this company that has no integrity.

Before purchasing the item I messaged the seller and asked if there was any damage. They told me there was not. When the item arrived the backup camera didn't work and there was damage to the paint in several places including a large ding. The seller sent me a return label but it required me to take it to a freight shipping facility. I talked to the freight shipping facility and found that I would need to package the item myself and that I would need a non-standard-sized pallet because of the size and shape of the item. The Shipping facility gave me a few ideas of where to look for such a pallet but I could not acquire one.I asked the seller if they would do a partial refund towards a replacement camera and repairing the paint defects. The seller offered a $100 credit but this was not enough to cover the damage. On Jun 16 I sent the seller a message: "When I get the pallet put together and packed to ship I will reach back out to you for a new shipping label. It may be a week or two as I am heading out of town. Thanks."On June 17 the seller responded: "Please let me know and I will write the ship team again for the label."After I got back from my trip I built a custom pallet and was ready to send back the item.On June 24 I messaged the seller: "I am ready to ship. Will you please send me the new label."I never heard back from the seller so I called their business. The person who deals with their eBay business "Jeff" told me that his operations manager "Jerry Shaw" was being difficult and refused to provide a return label even though we had been working together in good faith to get the item returned.

I ordered a motor from American Auto Salvage and was initially working with a gentleman that was helpful but then stopped communicating with me due to COVID, and then Brook Rodgers stepped in. I would give her a 100 Stars if Google would let you. The first motor was bad and she not only sent another one, but when that one needed additional parts, so more out of my pocket for the mechanic. She then sent another motor that was in great shape. She is the epitome of customer service if I’ve ever seen it before! I would highly suggest American Auto Salvage for used car parts.

I discovered this company at a gas station I was only 19 at the time trying to find a really good insurance and this was just amazing. The prices, the people, the service thy provide. I couldn’t of found a better insurance. I tell people how much I pay and they think it’s ridiculous but overall the customer service and the insurance is just absolutely amazing and I love the people there, they really make me feel like I get taken care of and they gave me their home phone so anytime I need them I know that I can contact them and that’s just great to me they make it so personal and that’s what makes this place so much better.

I live an hour away, and drove to buy parts that they advertized. Next day, they canceled my order becausd they cant find their junk car. So, I had to drive again 50 miles to pick up part of my money ($800) and they should mail a check ($75) because they didnt had enough cash to pay me back. When I asked the seller about this, he was kind of rude, and he told me that there were more sellers.
