The part I ordered from this place was the appropriate part and it did arrive at the business in a acceptable amount of time. After I drove 35 miles to pick it up, I was gives incorrect instructions on it's instillation, and because of this had to hire a professional to install it who informed me I had payed way to much for the part because I had only needed 1 common part of the entire mechanism and that he was going to only charge me half for instillation because it took him 2 minutes, turned out and put in 1 screw. So in gass, parts, and installation it was over $100 dollars for the door handle on my 2013 Kia Sorento.

This place went above and beyond for my family. We were in route from south Florida to Alabama when our alternator decided to go out. They not only had the part but let us change it in there parking lot for lack of somewhere else to go. Then when we realized we didn’t have. Took necessary they had a dear mechanic offer a tool and knowledge at no cost. If it wasn’t for them we wouldn’t have made it to Alabama to sign our lease. Thank you so much!!!!

A review isn't really needed because word of mouth is so great, but I had a great experience today. I called for a part, they fit me in while juggling a busy lobby. Thank you all so much!
