The man who answered the phone for me was very friendly and helpful. Even though I called fairly late in the day, he took the time to go take the part off and have it ready for me, even calling to let me know when it was ready. Excellent service!

For the parts needed and the timeframe they said they'd be ready was amazing. Granted, they didn't quite make the deadline, but nevertheless, it was still in my hands at a more than reasonable time.
