Silly to spend alot of money at a dealer for a part when you can get slightly used . Bought a tail lights assembly for $125 . Dealers was $585! Plus who needs to put in !!! For those of you scared to put in parts look at YouTube. Super easy . I think call first and have ready to pick up .

They won't refund your money if something is defective unless they don't have it. That's bad business practices. You have to decide whether you want to buy from place. Their prices is higher than most yards, also they tried to sell me damaged parts for top quality prices. Don't waste your time and money at this place. Plus some of the employees ignorant and rude.

Customer Service was adequate. But caution, I don't think its legal to add a 3% surcharge onto the bill if you use your credit card. If you pay them in cold hard CASH; then, the 3% extra fee is waived. I wonder what the government would think about their policy. Two pink store receipts were generated. One pink receipt had the 3% fee added with the white credit card printout stapled to it. And the other computerized business receipt with the business logo did not show the fee! (That is . . . the other pink store receipt was put aside- no fee.) Sorry guys . . . but don't try to screw an accountant. No Bueno!

Not very helpful. Son needed a rim for his car. I took him over to Andy's used auto parts based on a recommendation from an auto parts store. NEVER will I go there again or recommend them to anyone. The only reason I gave them a 2 star rating is because my son was able to purchase a rim that is supposed to come tomorrow. Well see if it comes.

This place is the worst need costumer service training I brought a engine they gave a wrong one than they order a new one supposedly to come in two day I gave them 4 day I went there today and the engine wasn’t there plus that the mechanic was expecting the engine today to install it I asked for my money back guess what they refused to give me my money back be aware of this place

One of the worse auto parts company I’ve EVER worked with. The ppl who answer the phone are beyond rude. Bobby first came off nice & sweet when I spoke to him the first time. When I went to order the part he said it would be in the next day. Next day comes they say the part is “broken.” They “order” a new part and said it would be back the next day but wasn’t. It’s been 3 days still no part. I spoke with someone on the phone who stated he couldn’t even give me any updates until Bobby come back to work. I am beyond livid. Pls do not use this company for anything!

I ordered bumper and quarter panel at this store and was promised it will be delivered in two days. Based on this I paid and took almost four days to deliver and even the bumper was torn and the mechanic said that he won't accept but the guy who sold (Bobby) kept saying that he wanted to hear from me. I had called multiple time, went in person twice because to get the part but only thing is a vague promise. Later when complaining another person says that he will deliver but can't guarantee because they are short of staff. My car is sitting in the garage and because the bumper is not available then it has to be delayed. When I went first thing Monday morning, Bobby simply said that he will have it on Tuesday and when calling on Tuesday he says I didn't tell you it will be delivered Tuesday rather it's coming tomm and will drop it for your garage. I am really stuck with this people after taking my money and the disrespect I get from their staff is really bad. I don't recommend anyone to go to this place at all.

What a horrible experience dealing with this business . Bunch of unprofessional, inefficient people who can't even have the decency to call anyone back . Find another place to buy your items I wouldn't refer my worst enemy here to do business . Terrible.

I ordered injectors for my 5.9 magnum and they gave me injectors to a 5.2 magnum. Before I went back to the shop, I called to see would they exchange it for the right part. I said it was months ago when I bought it but the guy told me he would help me. When I get to the shop, the guy I talked to me very rude and didn't even try to help because of when I bought it. Complete waste of time and now I lost $160 thanks to this shop. I recommend not going there for anything engine wise.

Had an amazing experience, great customer service. I am from Pittsburgh, PA and was on my way to Ocean City when i got a flat and needed a tire that day, but a few tire shops did not have 19s in stock. Andy's had a very decent used tire for a great price, and I was in and out in under half an hour. The funniest thing is that I see and read all of these bad reviews because parts aren't in the best shape. Well I don't understand if people get the concept of a "JUNK YARD". It is a place where WRECKED, TOTALED, and SCRAPPED cars go to die haha. The part you are purchasing is not new, it is used and yes, most likely coming off of a wrecked car that is stacked on top of or under other wrecked cars. But I think that no matter what there are going to be unhappy people because some people just like to be miserable and complain about something. You will never be able to please everyone.

I like how there are bad reviews about how parts are beat up and not in the best shape but that’s on u for not checking out the part before u buy it all u have to do it call and see if the have the piece u have then u go check it out. It’s that simple u don’t have to buy just cause ur there. U can even try to trow in ur own price and they could give it to but the only bad thing is that they kept calling after I order a part or them and I couldn’t go pick it up cause I was busy but overall good service and stoppp blaming the people just cause ur to sped to check the part before u buy!!!!

While the company itself is good, their customer service by live chat is lousy. I ordered something last week and specifically requested an adapter be added to the kit. The sales rep placed the order and swore it was. Then when I received my receipt, it wasn't on there so I went back into live chat and asked about it. He said to trust him, that he placed it himself. Today I received my kit and the adapter was not in there. Since the guy insisted multiple times it would be there and blew off my concerns, I'm very disappointed in this experience. To make matters worse, I call today and they're not open and I sent a comment through live chat as it instructs you too since they're closed and it comes back as undeliverable. I sincerely hope that once they contact me, they right this wrong.

Upon reading some of the reviews I decided not to call them...but after speaking with two other companies and they said give them a try...I'm so glad that I did...I'll agree when I first called I wasn't to happy but when I was told to call back and ask for the owner TIM; man what a difference...after speaking with him I decided to do business with this company and I was very pleased...regardless of what I read I suggest that you call the place for yourself as you never know why people give bad reviews...I'm in Florida and my son is in Maryland attending college; I had to rely on people over the phone...this place was very good to me... Again TIM thank you for all your help...

I don't know if that chubby guy was Andy, but he was a total jerk with me and my girlfriend. I don't know if it was because we were gay or were communicating in Spanish! They have a huge sign "SE HABLA ESPAÑOL" but he seemed lazy about it like he doesn't have a good attitude. He didn't even help us with what we were looking for, and every time I asked him something didn't even bother to look at me. Never recommending or coming back here never again. There are very nice places and with good prices in MD, please don't go here.

Terrible place, Very unorganized. Don't even go there, you will regret it. I called for a part, the owner didn't even bother saying its broken. After driving over an hour, I found out that it was broken. Also, while I was standing and waiting I saw a few returns because he gave them not working parts.

I called for parts for my SUV and b4 o could ask anything thru just put me on hold, I tried to call 5 times in a 4 hour period and they always put me on hold. I waited at least 20 minutes each time and never got any help. They either need more people answering the phone or at least come back on the phone to let you know they haven't forgotten about you.

They are expensive you need to do your homework before you go there as they were trying to sell a 1997 alternator for $50 when the alternator cost around 65 new over the internet. They also could only accept cash as their credit card and debit machine was broken. I gave them a 2 star rating only because they do have a large selection of parts.

On Sat Feb 22, 2020 I arrived at Andy's where there was a gentlemen in front of me dealing with an issue about recieving the wrong part but he just couldnt find the receipt I thought nothing of it. I was coming to get a power steering pump with a pulley. I was told to come back to in 2 hrs I came back then they said it's going to be a hr longer so I waited all the way til the store close for them to tell me I have to get it tomorrow on Sun Feb 23, 2020. I was given all these excuses about the other employee the work slow but needed the work to take far of family business I'm not going I to detail about what information was given to me about the employee coworker that was rude and unprofessional to tells a coworker personally business but I guess that's what they do. But my part finally became ready on Monday Feb 24, 2020 which I took my vehicle my mechanic on Feb 25 to get the part replaced where he realized I was given the wrong part. I immediately called back where I was told the part came off another car that fit your vehicle and instructed me on what to do to make it fit but my mechanic said that was incorrect and the part is an incorrect size. I was told from Andy's employee that it was crazy that the wrong part was given to me and I still have the receipt but the only offer me store credit which it seem like it's a money scam to lock you into keeping your money.. Alot of false advertising false expectations of part and part may not fit your vehicle and you will not be able to get your money back only store credit.. Wow
