Phillip from Angelo's Auto Works provided excellent customer care when I had an emergency repair for my Lexus SUV. All work was clearly explained beforehand and the job was completed in a timely manner. The price was fair.This company has also taken care of my family's cars for years and we would not go to anyone else for service. We highly recommend!

These guys did a really good job. Brought my car in for an emission check engine light and a check gas cap indicator on my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They did multiple smoke tests and replaced various common parts but unfortunately the messages kept coming back after a reset. It was getting expensive chasing what seemed to be a ghost, but I stuck with Angelo's and they in turn helped me out with additional costs and excellent customer service. It ended up being a glitch in the car's computer system and had to be reprogrammed at the dealership (which they brought over themselves).

Was shocked at the behavior of the owner and manager, I’ve been dealing with Phil for a while now, had an old car that wouldn’t start, brought it in, they replaced alternator and a few other things $800 later and 2 months later same problem. Had it towed back and it sat there waiting for them to figure out what was wrong. Communication was limited and all I wanted was my car to run after the initial $800 was spent. I ended up just selling it straight from their lot and new owner had it towed out, never a mention or invoice for storage fees.Fast forward about 2 1/2 months later made an appt for an oil change with my new car, still no mention of storage fees owed. I ended up bringing my car in earlier because it wouldn’t start. Got a jump and called ahead to see if it was ok to bring it in. Sure! No problem, still no mention of outstanding bill.Dropped car off, waited for a phone call to let me know what was wrong, i ended up calling them about 5 hrs later only to be told they were installing a new battery. Then got the phone call it was ready and total balance was $477!!! ! It was only then the manager decided to hit me up for storage fees from previous car ( which they were supposed to be repairing) and they charged me $200 for the battery which I never authorized! I told them i never received a bill or even a phone call about any previous charges only to get an answer of “ I’m not a good secretary “!! Went down to pick up car with only intention to pay my current bill, he took keys and moved my car and told me “ come back with all the money and you’ll get your car”I called police, they said it was a civil matter, I tried paying at that point only to have the owner refuse to take my debit card! Called me rude and said I should be nicer to people! I had to have police take me to ATM since i walked there!!! This isn’t over for me but I wouldn’t recommend this business to my worst enemy.

These guys are really great! They take care of everything and never move forward on projects with out a fair and informative explanation.Excellent customer etiquette, and follow through. They are detailed, and always explain everything to me so I understand car talk! Much appreciated!!

This place ripped me off. I bought a car that was outside the shop, owned by a friend of theirs. Management told me the car had no mechanical issues and that they inspected it fully. The car showed no accidents on Carfax but when I got it home and to a mechanic friend we put it up on a lift. The whole rear sub frame was twisted and you could see white marks where someone had tried to realign it to hide it all. I called back and management swore up and down that they had inspected it up on a lift and they never saw any white lines or any damage. So either they are liars or very very bad mechanics. Either way, tell your friends and family, this is not a trustworthy business

Had my windshield wiper literally break apart in pouring rain today, made it from Rt 27 to Angelo's, barely able to drive, as it was slamming against the windshield, and having to continue on with my commute. Phil, the manager, was as nice as could be and helped me right away. Ordered the part and, even with the holidays, they'll be fixing it right away. He set it up to work until the part comes in as well, allowing me to get to work today despite the rain. Thank you, Phil!
