Called for a rim told me to send him a picture . So I do. 30 minutes later I call back and he rushes me off the phone hanging up on me saying he's busy hell get back to me . I'm a customer . Witch are soposed to be top priority. 11/16/23 fire the man answering the phone seems like alot of people are complaining about him . He's a peice of work and shouldn't be in customer service he should be in the back of the shop with his mouth

Went there to pick up a black hood and steering wheel was told they had it but made him double-check because I did not want to go all the way out there. I was coming from Nassau County. When I got there of course they didn't have both items. but they had a hood off another truck that was a different color and going to need Paint gave me a reasonable price on it but was told I have to take it off. Also got a center console. While I was taking the hood off I noticed the light bezels that I could use so I took them off as well brought them back to the office. I was settling up my bill and getting the price on the bezels and engine for a different project. I told them how about 10 bucks for the bezels he told me I was crazy so I decided not to take him. And the bad taste in my mouth made me not want to get the engine from them. While I was loading out my truck I decided to look up the price of the bezels. turns out you can get them for 10 bucks on Amazon plus $5 shipping. Went back in to tell him this but still wouldn't sell it to me. Didn't even give me a counter offer. I personally feel that he should have tried to make it right for me coming all the way out there and it wasn't like I was asking for a discount. They're better junk yards in the area to do business with.

Called about an engine for my Toyota fj cruiser , they had a Tacoma with the right engine , rented a pickup from U-Haul in the Bronx and made the drive on a Saturday I tried to get there early as they close around 1 I believe , once I got there nick mentioned I could have called them and they would’ve started taking the engine out for me , no big deal I went for into town for breakfast was winter time but an unusually warm day , beach was close so I went for a little walk , came back to the yard and the motor was almost out , payed for it and they loaded it in the back of the truck , I’ve since had it installed and put on 20k miles since , my truck drives like new , motor had 65k miles on it , for me was a great experience, I will definitely try them next time I need a part
