    Terrible Customer Service. Called to get a quote on a part listed on Car-part but the guy is not aware of the item listed on car-part.com. Then why you list the item there ? Don't waste your time very poor service

    No help at all. Called to get a quote on a part and wasn’t 100% sure about whether had abs or not but said I believe not. Wouldn’t even look in the system to give me a quote on the part because didn’t want to “waste his time” because he does this “ all day long”. Terrible customer service.

    I called last week about a bumper. They had o e there that Jeff said hed send me pictures of it. A week passed and still no pics. I called again yesterday and was told they couldn't find it, they know it's out there somewhere. I told him color didn't matter, and he said he'd send me pictures later that night. Here we are 24 hours later and nothing. Why waste my time? You wouldn't want me wasting yours. Would definitely NOT recommend.

    As a business owner I typically do not like leaving feedback that is negative. My staff has spent the past 6 weeks trying to get parts from ARichners that they have in stock but won't confirm and let us know they are ready for pick up. Their excuse every time we call is they deal with many people a day. So do we. Our customers depend on us repairing their vehicles and getting the parts needed. It falls on us when a vendor can't follow through. I am leaving a 2 Star in hopes that the owner will address their less than par customer service and do his/her due diligence in making sure he/ she or the staff follows up as they say they will. I have made commitments to my customers based on conversations with your staff.

    Don’t call and ask him for parts. He’s got “real customers” to get too. Give him that specific year. He doesn’t care if the whole range would fit. Super unprofessional and rude out of the gate. I’ll take Ben Franklin elsewhere with pleasure.

    Found a front bumper assembly they were selling so I called them up and they gave me a picture, all it was is just the cover, I tried to look closer and it looked like there were some scuffs and scratches so I called to see if i could get it cheaper and he was stiff on the price, it was already hard to believe it costed so much for a bumper cover with scratches. Being so expensive but he told me "its really good condition and just needs to be cleaned". I really wanted the OEM Factory paint job so I got someone to drive a few hours there and pick it up for me just to find out there's a crack and a giant Gouge. I simply do not understand there overpriced prices and lying saying that a huge problem like that can be washed off...

    I was looking for a front bumper for my 06 Liberty, and visited Richner's seeking for one. Although he had some used ones available, he suggested ordering a new one to get the best deal. I could not be happier, it came in a timely manner and he was willing to work with my needs. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back there again!

    My bed rusted out on my 98 F150 and was in the market for a new one. Richners had a rust free southern one that I was able to pick up. It was a higher price but it correlated with the condition. I was very satisfied with the bed and the service I received. I will be back and recommend others to check this place out. Their inventory is massive

    ORDERED A REAR BEDSIDE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD SHIP IT OUT THAT DAY OR THE NEXT. DID NOT RECEIVED IT. CALLED AND HE SAID IT WAS COMING FROM CALIFORNIA. I TOLD HIM HIS MAIL BOX WAS FULL AND HE SAID "THERE IS A REASON I DON'T EMPTY IT AND HE GAVE ME ANOTHER NUMBER TO CALL. A WEEK LATER I CALLED HIM TO CANCEL THE ORDER. HE SAID HE WOULD BE BACK WITH ME. NEVER DID. THE NEXT WEEK WE GOT THE PART. IT WAS SHIPPED FROM GEORGIA. IT WAS NEW BUT HAD SCRATCHES AND BLEMISHES ALL OVER IT AND WOULD TAKE MORE TIME TO FINISH IT THAN TO REPAIR THE ORIGINAL ONE I HAD. I CALLED AGAIN AND TOLD HIM WE DID NOT WANT IT AND HE SAID HE WOULD CALL BACK. NEVER DID. I EMAILED HIM AND CALLED BOTH NUMBERS AND THE MAIL BOX IS FULL. WE PAID $1295.00 FOR THIS. I HAVE CALLED WEEKLY FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS. THEY DON'T DESERVE 1 STAR.

    I've been there and I've called this guy on occasion to purchase a recycled auto part(s). Just want to let others know my experience. He sells "new" parts. These "new" parts may (or may not) be located there in his yard. The ones that are there, have been sitting outside there for years. Therefore what you may think is "new", maybe 10 years old but never installed and has been sitting there. His prices are based on ??? Do your homework before you go there. You may be sold a bill of goods.
