    6 months and counting the problem with my truck is not resolved. Supposed to have placed an order for a part 6 months ago. It was back ordered. Then the order it seems was never placed or lost. Placed another order for the part and still waiting. I don’t know if this is a dealer issue or that of manufacturer.

    Took Months to get the truck in for a ignition relay to be installed. Your shop found a bad exhaust manifold and found the parts fast for me. Once the truck was in the shop they did a good job.

    My daughter brother car into the Service Department for some repairs. Mike (the service writer) created her very warmly and professionally. Every aspect of her experience was better than expected and very professional. Small town flavor in a large community.
