I understand everyone needs to make money but their pricing has been way too high for me to go back. For example I purchased a O2 sensor there for my car and they charged me more than what I could have gotten it new for online. The motor it came from had over 130k miles on it ... Yes I understand it was my decision to pay for it but I had not looked up with the O2 sensor would cost new until after I left figuring I would absolutely save money by getting it there unfortunately I was wrong Plus they also do not allow you to bring them back if they don't work so I have to say that's probably the last visit I will ever make there.

Got alternator for decent price, had to remove it myself, paid, signed bill of sale. It rained and I didn't attempt to work on car. 2 days later brought to Autozone and it turned out it was bad. Called, girl said 24hr return for credit warranty-NO REFUNDS AFTER THAT, PERIOD. 24 HOURS? I picked it up in my lunch hour, that left no time that day to test or return, and it rained next day.$50 Down the drain. Won't be back.

Great customer service! I went in for an rear light assembly for Chevy Equinox. The wrecked car I was supposed to salvage from was parked awkwardly in front of an electric post, which blocked the rear hatch door from opening. This was when the front desk lady came to the rescue! She found help and got the lights out all free of charge. The replacement lights looks exactly as the old ones and I would definitely visit again for any other components.
