Professional and dependable as they come! I had just purchased new wheels & tires, 24", and knew I had something going on up front. Went in for an alignment and told them a few other issues I was having. Ended up a whole days work. They called and touched base with what was found and given the go ahead from me for the extra repairs. No surprises. All straight forward and still got me out by the end up the day Friday, same day! I was afraid with what they had to do it'd be stuck over the weekend. But they came thru as always and got me taken care of! Great group of guys and I'd recommend anyone looking for a trusting mechanic to give these guys a call!

Moved to the area in mid 2015 and needed a mechanic. Brent and staff jumped right in and solidified that. They are my families auto shop of choice now and we have taken our cars in for multiple services (brakes and rotors, engine gasket and belt kits, exhaust repairs). Each time I have been thoroughly impressed. The prices and work are on point everytime and I couldn't be happier. A pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended!

This auto servicer replaced the power steering line, as well as the engine mounts on my fiance's car. The pricing for this service was very high. In less than a year and a half the engine mounts had gone out and in less than 3 months the power steering line went out again. When we took the car to two different mechanics they said that whoever did this work used cheap parts from Amazon and rushed labor. When this servicer was approached about the issue they failed to compensate for their horrific work. We will never use this servicer again. I would also like to note that if a zero star review was an option I would leave it.

Terry and his crew at A & M Service Center have done some great work for the vehicle(s) at WJER Radio! If you see the WJER van out and about, it's because the good folks at A & M Service Center kept us going. They recently put 4 new tires on the van and gave it a FREE alignment! Additionally, they replaced some vital brake equipment that kept us on the road, so we were able to bring you the on-site broadcasts from Williams Furniture, Floor Coverings and Sleep Center, The Farmers Market, and the Tuscarawas County Fair! I had a timing belt and water pump replaced here as well as a new serpentine belt, coolant hoses, tune up and oil change. They were very thorough and identified other issues that i think other garages may have missed, 200k miles on the Pilot and it runs like new!

I called to get a car towed and they refused to do so then I asked to just give my car a diagnostic and refused. What's the point of having a shop when you refuse a customer service
