We had a machine get stuck at a property near beach city, and weren't sure who to call. We ended up speaking with a gentleman named Alex. Not only did he take the call, but he was the one out on site. He had to call in a larger rig, but Alex had our 35,000lbs lift out in no time! Will use them again if we ever happen to run into a situation in there service area. Alex and the other driver appeared to be highly skilled and knowledgeable regarding hook points and the most efficient way to get our lift out. I wish I could give less than one star. The driver was snarky when I had a question, he misquoted me a price, and the man at the counter was rude. In a nutshell: they are expensive, lack any understanding or empathy, and have 0 patience to help someone who had never used a towing company before.Although I didn't end up needing them, T County Towing was more affordable and they listened to me.Obviously the city called them for this particular job but now I know I will not be using them for my own towing jobs and will not be recommending them to others.

My car got impounded over something stupid, and on a Friday just like this other person who wrote a review, which means I'll be charged extra for storage fees over the weekend too. The police and Rosenberry must plan this every Friday and make good money by screwing over people.This happened to me right after paying all my bills and I have no money left till next Friday. By then the bill will be more than my paycheck, so I guess they get to keep my car. I hope you all go to hell!
