We had a machine get stuck at a property near beach city, and weren't sure who to call. We ended up speaking with a gentleman named Alex. Not only did he take the call, but he was the one out on site. He had to call in a larger rig, but Alex had our 35,000lbs lift out in no time! Will use them again if we ever happen to run into a situation in there service area. Alex and the other driver appeared to be highly skilled and knowledgeable regarding hook points and the most efficient way to get our lift out.
