A very helpful employee helped me today with my brake rotors and pads! He explained all different types of brakes and helped me decide what’s best for my baby. Very satisfied with the service he gave me and was quick and fast. Out of all the autozone’s in the Napa County I would really recommend the American Canyon Branch due to a great job they do for there store. I’ll be coming back and recommend many of my car heads to go there . Chris was the employee who helped me by the way and i’ll gladly to return to that store from now on!! 5 stars.

I came into Autozone because my car would not start. I must say Paul Wiley went above an beyond. He not only tested my battery but was able to resolve the issue. He is a blessing. Thank you Jesus. thank you AutoZone for having him here. I have went to several other location and have not had the same experience. Let’s go American Canyon!

Store Manager Paul at store # 4028 in American Canyon CA is super fantastic, top 10 great customer service, very friendly and very knowledgeable. I called the store @730am in the morning and did not expect Paul will pick up my call as they just opened. Paul helped me find a battery for my Audi. he told me that he will hold the battery for me and willingly would help me install the battery. As i arrived in the store 20mins later, Paul came out with his tools ready to help me install the battery. That is *********** 100% customer service. Paul is giving an excellent good example to his team on how to serve a happy customer. MUCH APPRECIATED PAUL!!!!!

Tried to trick me into buying expensive windshield wipers. Had chosen a pair of wipers that the book said would fit my vehicle. At check out the guy asked if I wanted him to verify that they would fit my vehicle so I said sure why not. He told me that even though they were the right size that the hook for it was different. Then went on to show me two different sets that would fit that cost about $30+ a wiper. Asked me which ones I wanted to get. I really didn't feel like paying for those expensive wipers and it felt like it wasn't right but I told him I'd get the one of the sets that he had shown me. I could see on the computer there was still some page to scroll but I believe he purposely showed me the expensive ones and tried to get me to believe that those were the only ones in stock at that location that would fit my car. Feeling uneasy I decided to check the AutoZone website. I entered my vehicle in the website and it showed me all the wipers that would fit my vehicle. Sure enough the ones I had picked up the website said would fit my vehicle. I spent so much time double checking prices and which wipers were which in the book that i remembered the ones i had picked. The guy who checked me out was coming outside for break or something and I had asked him if he had tried to pull a fast one on me. Showed him the wipers on the website and that the website said they would fit my car. He told me that those were not the ones i had brought to the register. Then went on to explain the benefits of buying the expensive wiper he had sold me. Asked if i wanted to exchange them i could inside. Went inside ended up talking to another employee and i showed him the wipers on the website. Told him what had happened. Didn't really say anything about the other employee and just helped me exchange the wipers. Came home and sure enough the original set of wipers i had tried to purchase for perfectly. They definitely tried to screw me over with wipers that cost double the price for being fancy looking gimmicky wipers.

I had a great experience at AutoZone in American Canyon. My tire on my motorcycle was flat and I was stranded. The Store Manager Paul Wiley came to my rescue! He advised me on what has worked for him in the past. I got some slime and put it in the tire. I didn't have a hook up from my air pump and he came and used his own to get me started. Just like he said that slime did the trick! I'm very grateful and I feel safe getting back on the road. I think I'm going to come by this store again. I highly recommend it!

Had my battery die and had to buy one. Chris offered to help me change my battery and did it pretty quickly. Dude is hella chill and hella helpful. Definitely recommend this autozone because of Chris.

My family and I was on our way to six flags holiday in the park when my transmission was out of fluid Broke down I just called and ask if they can help my family out and if they can please deliver to my location….BIG GIANT thank you to CHRIS for driving all the way from American Canyon on his lunch break to my location in Fairfield to bring my family and I some transmission fluid…..your amazing hope your boss gives you a raise 😄
