Alright so, I don't leave Google reviews unless I have a tremendously good experience or a horrible one.(If you're confused about which one this is, see the single star above ☝️)I went into AutoZone at 6:01pm looking for a Camshaft Position Sensor for my truck and there's a young man without a name tag (it was obvious he was new), and his delightful manager named Chad (of course). Good ol' Chad didn't look up from his phone long enough to greet me, his only customer at this time. He continues leaning on the counter and texting. The young man is unsure where to find the part but he valiantly goes back looking anyways. He's back there for a few minutes when he returns empty-handed. He asks Chad for help. Chad brainlessly gestures to the racks behind him, being no help at all despite the "parts sales manager" title on his name badge.Again, the young man returns empty-handed and asks for help. Chad develops a tone with the young man, and says "It's back on the Engine Shelf" or some such. The kid again goes looking.During this time, a mother and daughter walk in while our dear Chad is texting on his phone again. They stand patiently at his counter for a good 30-45 seconds before he mutters "how can I help you ladies" without looking up. They ask if they can purchase a brake light bulb and see if he can install it on the quick so they can get home. Chad coldly tells them that "Corporate doesn't want us doing that". They buy their bulb and leave, Chad goes back to texting.I'm still waiting on my camshaft sensor. It's been 22 minutes. The young man returns empty-handed a third time and says "I really can't find it", to which our darling Chad says "Jesus Christ", he then irritatedly and walks away with the kid. They return with the part and the young man rings me up. He was very kind and helpful, despite his lack of knowledge. Chad however, should lose his job. All of the other employees are stupendous and helpful. But oh no, not Chad. Sweet, sweet Chad would have to set his phone down to he of help to anyone.Anyways, there you go. Oh, and I've attached a picture of Chad texting for your enjoyment.

Very helpful in person. I did call in a part on hold for 12 hours because of them only having "one" available, only to go in a few hours later and find that it was not actually being held for me. Either way, once I got there the worker was very helpful in getting my part to me and helped with a few other things as well.

Auto zone has so much to offer. It has everything I need to fix my car plus car products for cleaning my car and more! Shop around, I do. People are very friendly and very helpful-- much needed on my part. And can answer all your questions regarding what you may need to fix your car. The parking is good, W/C access, it's a good auto store.
