I was camping at Guadalupe River state park when my battery decided 5 year was enough. My friend was able to give me a jump and on my way through Spring Branch I saw an AutoZone. I decided to go ahead and test my battery. Ryan greeted me very quickly. It was confirmed my battery indeed needed replacement. Ryan check to see if they had the battery needed and there was a short talk of the cost. Ryan then changed the old battery and put in a new one. Ryan worked quickly to get me back on the road as I had a 2 hour drive ahead of me. He was also very friendly and put up with my chatter as he worked. Took a battery in that was still under warranty...was told that my replacement would be in next day...it wasn't. BUT, Ryan made it right! This guy is great! Appreciate him making it right for me.

Mr.Carlos helped me out by letting us borrow some sockets and tools to replace my alternator. His customer service and overall kindness and consideration for our tough situation made everything move along smoothly. Had a similar experience with another auto parts place as well. Brake light switch on my truck went out. I called to see if they deliver parts. I would even open an account. Used this particular store for ever. They said no. I cannot drive felt with my brakes constantly displaying on. Thanks AutoZone. I’m glad you live up to your motto (this is sarcasm people).

Went to this location twice today. First time I came in the employee at the counter barely acknowledged me. I asked to use the diagnostic scanner. Without even looking at me, he rudely told me it would be $100. I left and tried to buy my own scanner somewhere else. Didn’t work, so I returned it, went back to Auto Zone to buy one. There were several male customers in the store and the employees were very helpful and chatty with them. But when it was my turn to be helped they were once again rude and unhelpful. So I left again feeling defeated. I know I’m a woman that doesn’t know anything about car repairs, but it would be nice to actually receive help instead of being treated like a nuisance and dismissed.
