They let me borrow their tire pressure gauge to check my tire pressure. I offered to get them coffee but they told me they could not accept money from customers. Very courteous. Excellent customer services.

So I went in to autozone today to check on some spark plugs I had ordered that were supposed to be in yesterday they said they'd show up this morning I went in at noon to check on them I was the only person in the store standing at the counter 4 people 4 employees behind the counter the manager and another guy were arguing over a bill a girl just sat and looked at me until the phone rang and then she grabbed the phone another guy had to hall a battery back so I stood there and stood there until I left I came back a few hours later and said I need a refund on these spark plugs they haven't showed up and I found them elsewhere And they wanted the receipt which I had left at home 15 miles away I said I can go get it I said I wish you would have talked to me when I came in here earlier and all 4 of you just stood there I won't come In here again the manager proceeded to tell me go ahead and take it somewhere else I don't care the girl that was working now was appalled she couldn't believe he said that she did say I wished I'd have been here earlier I'm sorry I won't go in there again they need a new manager everybody had a chip on their shoulder pretty sad place I won't go again

Stopped by with my son to get jumper cables. A salesman asked if he could help. We explained what we needed. He suggested that we bring in our batteries and get them charged for free. This saved us a bit of money! I was very happy with the service. I give the AutoZone Parts store my highest recommendation.

I was traveling through Butte on a cross country road trip when the alternator in my truck went out. I pulled into autozone and they charged my battery for me while I pulled my alternator out in their parking lot. They tested my alternator for me and proved it was bad. They didn’t have one in stock but they called the auto parts store down the street and the manager James gave me a ride in his personal vehicle to get it so we didn’t have to walk in the rain. Such a lucky experience. Great store in my experience.

Amazing staff went out of their way for a traveler. On the road for a horse rescue and a u joint broke. Kaleb made sure we got the parts we needed quickly. Thank you so much. God is good.

It's the staff that keep me coming back. Honestly, you can get pretty much anything you need from most parts stores so to me, it comes down to customer service. These people have hit a grand slam pretty much every time l have been in. They go above and beyond what l expect, whether it's taking extra time to find out my truck had a mid-year change from a bolt to a Torx head or actually crawling under my truck to find the location of a sensor that he couldn't the location of in the computer. They are always my 1st stop. The only time l shop elsewhere is if they don't have something in stock (rare) and l HAVE to have the part that day. The staff are always polite, respectful and professional. I can't ask for more than that!
