The young man at the counter really tried to get me my cash back from a return that I had used a credit card to initially purchase. He even called on the manager. Couldn't do it but the gentlemen were very polite and helpful.

Friendly goes a long way in this world. A very kind but professional associate happily installed my windshield wipers. I will shop here in the future!

Stopped in this evening for a new battery - store manager/associate did not offer to do a test to see if I even needed a new battery, but was perfectly happy to sell me a $200 brand new duralast gold battery. I was one of two customers in the store (so they weren’t busy) and he also did not offer to complete install of the basic swap.I don’t know why he would ask to walk out to my truck and have me pop the hood if he had no intention of doing the swap. I didn’t have any extra items to disconnect so it would have been easy.When I asked for new ring terminals he handed me bolts and hardware that was clearly too large, so I politely declined as it seemed he did not want to find me the correct items for my vehicle.With all the tools and databases at their disposal, and tons of time to spare, I wonder why this visit did not stack up to the generally great service I get at other Autozones. It seems the man that helped me was “in charge” and I would hope that folks in leadership would set the example and demonstrate great customer service.I’ll be returning the battery.

I go here for almost everything DIY car related and they always have my parts either in store or just a click away, would recommend doing research before going tho bc I was almost upsold the same fuse relay where the same equivalent for the $14 one i got was, $32 and was apparently "the exact same" unlike the one I got which was only apparently somewhat the same lol

Great bunch of people working here, they usually have the parts I need, and if not they can get them in pretty quickly.

The team at auto zone were extremely friendly and helpful with helping diagnosis the issue with my vehicle. Once the issue was found the team got the parts I needed and installed them on the spot. I could not have had a better experience.

Paul was able to find the proper ISO 32 oil I needed for my application very quickly and had it waiting as I arrived. Excellent Customer Service.

Friendly, prompt, professional staff . We had a dead battery on a trip to Harpers Ferry. We jumped the battery and found this auto zone . They promptly tested and then replaced the battery . Going the extra mile to properly clean and grease the terminal connectors . In and out inside of 20 minutes. Paul was the Best !
