I love going to Napa vs the two other places. But this napa has everything I need on the shelves. They are super helpful and patient with me when I have no clue what I'm doing sometimes. The quality of the parts are top notch and the prices are better that online for the most part.

Love Napa for the convenience, they generally have the parts we need or can get them quickly. Only downside is that some parts can be a bit on the expensive side but they are quality parts.

Very helpful staff. I don't know much about cars but between the staff and YouTube they more than help me get my car rode ready. Will always ask staff before i do anything i don't know for sure with my car.

These guys went above and beyond when a friend from out of town was paying for my parts via telephone. They truly saved me. And made totally sure I was getting everything I needed to get my car back on the road.Amazing service and super friendly. Will go back to them again and again.

They have a regular hydraulic hose man there, knows his business good but the other guy doesnt. Need to give the main hydraulic man a raise does hell of a good job.

They have spent alot of time lookn for 4 bolts i need to mount engine to stand when they could of just said no. Very nice and courteous and helpful

One of the last old school parts stores, they actually look stuff up in books, and then can compare the part you brought in to what they have in stock to verify
