Super nice guys got me out of a horrible situation with my car while I was in the midst of a two day cross country trip. They were all than happy to help. John L in particular was super helpful

Very friendly staff; Chelle and Andrew Lee were fantastic. We were on a trip, passing through Cordele, GA when I needed a new headlight. I stopped by this AutoZone, and Chelle helped me get find the right headlight. Then Andrew Lee offered to install it for me, and he thankfully discovered before I left, that my master reservoir cap was missing over my brake fluid! What an answer to prayer for safe travels that he discovered this before I left the parking lot. We went inside the store; they didn't have the manufacturer's part, so he called every other store (not just Auto Zones) in the area to see if they had one. Nobody had one but he was able to get a generic one from there in the store, then came out and installed that, too, to make sure I go to my destination the next state south. Thank you, Andrew Lee, for being observant, helpful, pleasant and resourceful for what could have been a disastrous, deadly trip.

Vipul Patel is rather uninformative and doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing. I’m very unsatisfied and probably won’t be returning to that store.

I went in today to get a new battery and the staff here was very hospitable and helpful. The young lady was quick to help me test the battery and Andrew helped to change it out for me. I am visiting from Florida and was very impressed how your team turned a stressful situation for me into a pleasurable experience. Nice job!

They order my parts was friendly and took care of me in timely manner

I went to autozone today to get my lights checked after I got a ticket for my tail lights being out the night before and Andrew lee F. Helped me make sure everything was running smoothly and he helped hide some cords in my car that could cause an issues just out of the kindness of his heart. He is a Respectful man and I hope to see him in my future visits because he was a kind soul to meet.

Drew and Crystal were extremely helpful!! I was passing through on my way to Atlanta when my car died on me. The two of them went above and beyond to help me and figure out what exactly was wrong. They ended up keeping me from spending a couple hundred dollars on what I thought was wrong- instead i only ended up having to pay $20 and won’t have an issue later on. I am so grateful I stopped at this autozone when passing through. 100/10 recommend!

The Manager Crystal has gone way, way above and beyond to help with much-needed hard to find parts in a pinch. She spent well over an hour searching her inventory to find a specific electronics plug that she thought might work for my situation. Her dedication to customer service is more than any I've ever experienced and when I am in Cordele I will always remember that!!TY Crystal and your very good staff!!!
