Normally they are friendly, but today 3 bearded guys never spoke, or greeted customers, the new girl found wiper blades for me and said she didn't know how to install them ,another young offered to help, and one of the bearded men , even a caveman knows how... that was rude... he didn't offer to help tho

When you need it now. Go get it. AutoZone has the best computer system for keeping up with purchases. They have records of my purchases since 1995. Some of the cars I still have.

Young lady at AutoZone is more knowledgeable than most of the men there I'm very helpful very much so I had my blinker lights out someone had taken them and taking the plugins for the blinker lights she actually came out took the blinker of covers off and check to each one for me she was very helpful and very knowledgeable about a vehicle I was impressed I give him give her five stars on customer care service and knowledge on vehicles and parts thank God she was there to help

Got a part, only one in stock had to exchange could order one but needed immediately so had to drive to another location to get part but running ok now. Both location had helpful people.

Young lady that helped me there she was very knowledgeable and very understanding and very polite very much so she was very knowledgeable on vehicles all vehicles she knew her stuff for real without even looking it up but she would look it up anyway nice to know that they got good people that works there the last time I went in there about 6 months ago I had some guys working in there but they didn't know Jack from Jack because they couldn't even tell me something but I had the answer to it already so I tested her out she has the knowledge that most guys should have like I do I guess she was a Motorhead like me I don't know everything though she was pretty knowledgeable on just about everything friendly great service very helpful full of information nice to see people like that working there they don't usually have women working there I'm very rarely so I was pleased to see another lady working there didn't knew her stuff for real so keep up the great work guys

Website shows in stock, store doesn’t have it. Tried to say it was the computer. Maybe, maybe not. Associate didn’t even offer to check other stores. Come on dude, you have one job.

Purchased parts and accessories from AZ for many years, never had any real problems with them, returns were simple and fast. I lately purchased a transmission from them and they double checked with manufacturer to confirm it will fit. Overall great store, nice and knowledgeable staff. I will be returning without a question.

Easy parts purchase! Was able to pick up in store spark plugs that no competitors had in stock. Price was even lower than the others would have to of ordered for me. Highly recommend this location.
