I like online shopping and quick pickup here, have got my last 2 vehicle batteries here and the testing and replacement service offered is appreciated.

Autozone in New Martinsville is a joke right now I recommend everyone not to give them your business anymore. They hired lazy people who are rude and who insult you for not knowing everything about cars. And also I took my vehicle to cecils to get repaired they had ordered the part from autozone which they had and I said let's make the appointment for next week they don't even hold on to the part they sell it immediately. And they don't order a new one try to go I'd a go to their competition to get that part

My battery died and I needed a new one. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable on what I needed in my 2008 Himmer H3. They fixed me up with one of two choices, so now I have a brand new battery that should run for the next five years. Thanks Auto Zone, I I appreciate your assistance.

Never been let down! If I need something for any of my vehicles they are my first go to and they all ways have great advice for whatever I'm working on. If you need anything for your vehicle or question on what your working on them they will be your best get for help.

Too concerned about grabbing a smoke and showing pictures/videos on their cell phone to service a paying customer. Was supposed to call when parts arrived....2 hours ago after we just showed up & they still weren't checked in...left to eat AND STILL HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR LATER.Ridiculously poor customer service.

My wife noticed her headlight was out while in New Martinsville WV (20 miles from home). She called and asked what she should do. I told her to go to Autozone. They will make sure you get the right bulb and put it in so you won’t have to drive home in the dark and snowfall without it. They were happy to sell her an overpriced bulb but said it was “too cold” for them to put in. When I called and spoke to the manager, William all he could offer to my complaint was an “OK” and “It wasn’t me.” Bug-bye Autozone!!

Got assistance and my questions answered on the products I was looking at. Great service and a friendly crew working there. Thanks
