Had to get a few supplies for an oil change. Fair price for the funnel, and oil. Usually order my things online, but I like the occasional convenience of having everything available here. Store is always clean and cashiers help look for parts. thumbs up!

After work today, my windshield was frozen, so after thawing/defrosting, I headed over to Autozone. I was greeted by a young man named Jason, asked if he could show me where the ice scrapers were at, after looking, it was determined that the store was out. He could see I was a little bummed, said to follow him, walked out to his car and he insisted that I have his. I tried to offer money, Starbucks gift cards, he would not take anything…he just wished me a Happy New Year. This went way beyond great customer service, Jason is an extraordinarily kind human. Thank you so much!!!!

This AutoZone was awesome. I'm not a a car person and I needed some new wipers for the car. The lady at the counter found which wipers I needed and installed them for me all in the same instance. A lot of places will not do that anymore.

Great staff here! Went in today for a slightly complicated battery issue and Brian absolutely killed it. Went the extra mile, 100% we appreciate that. Thanks man!

[EDIT]The staff was much much better this time around. Really helpful and even though they were out of stock on something, they were quickly able to do a store transfer for the out of stock item within 1 hour.[/EDIT]Generally have the basics that you'll need or they can order any parts you might need. The staff is relatively knowledgeable but sometimes lack with interpersonal skills as the associate who checked me out was slightly grumpy. Could have just had a bad day/night so it was no biggy.

Very helpful staff, have always been able to answer questions, help finding parts or supplies for my projects. I see them helping check batteries in the parking lot, run diagnostic codes, and swap out lightbulbs/wiper blades.

I came to AutoZone in desperate need of front sway bar links for a car with custom suspension which uses links in a spec that is non-OEM (specifically, shorter than OEM). Of course this presents an immense challenge, because the parts aren't catalogued by size or shape at any auto parts store. When I arrived, I warned the guys working that night that I might take a lot of time between other customers because of my quest to find a needle in a haystack. Jesse (who I've had the pleasure of dealing with many times at this store) and Jon, who I met that night for the first time, were both very gracious and said they'd be happy to help any way they could.Jesse was able to help out the other customers that came and went which kept Jon free to focus on helping me with my quest. And Jon was super patient as worked with me to try and find what I needed, and really seemed to care about helping me to the best of his ability. The three of us all thought about cars we had worked on in the past that might use links in the correct size and type, but we weren't coming up with the links I needed. Eventually Jon took a shot in the dark and looked up links for a similar model (E46 generation M3 vs my E92 335i), and the stars aligned. Those links were precisely what I needed. By helping me find them, he saved me an immense amount of grief because I was able to finish all necessary work on my car while it was on jack stands that night, and I didn't have to go through the time-consuming and harrowing ritual of getting this lowered car up on jack stands again the following day. The amount of stress and effort it saved me can't be overstated.Huge thanks to Jon, and to Jesse! I had been stopping at another local parts store first most of the time for no particular reason except habit, I will be making this store my first stop for all of my (extensive) auto parts needs (and tools, etc.) from now on--all because of the way Jon and Jesse went above and beyond.(And it I should mention that the links Jon helped me find did not disappoint. They fit perfectly for my application and my car finally drives like it should: without any clunking or jerking when going over bumps!)
