My car has been acting up. Found out it was a bad battery. I went to the AutoZone in Purcell at 8:50pm and they got me taken care of. The battery in my car is replaced. I was heading home within 5 minutes of getting there. Rick and the guy who was closing with him were awesome and fast. Thank you AutoZone for getting me back on the road fast. Y'all are awesome!!!!!

I have been an AutoZone customer since I was 13 I even work there back in high school what I like about that place cuz they don't steer you wrong also notice through the years they're willing to go the mile to dig into detail for information for you about parts that you are looking into few other parts houses I have been to have not had the best experience in some cases put the part on the countertop say I think this is it and send you on your way AutoZone does not do that just another reason why I do not mind driving across town to AutoZone good for you keep up the good work

Extremely disappointed with this store. I called to ask if they had a brake line for my 68 Mustang and they confirmed that they did. I drove down from Norman about an hour later and when I get there, they tell me that the house that they show "in stock" is on reserve for someone else. I don't have a problem with parts being reserved, but they shouldn't show them "in stock" if they are.

The manager was a real lifesaver! They didn't have the belt that I needed but he was able to find a solution to that problem despite the bad situation! He was even able to help without with a discounted part that I need! The workers all do their best to help out any customer with car problems! Highly recommended! And Great customer service!!

Going back and editing reviews that need it. Some here don't know much any automobiles and make up what they don't know. Sometimes they are right and sometimes not lol. Now there is a older guy there most of the time named rick. He is by far one of the best auto parts guys I've ever met. If I'm ever in doubt about what i need i always call and see if he's there first. Everyone is nice here though and try their best to help.

This has to be a girls favorite car parts place. Why you ask...1. they don't treat you like you don't have a clue about what you are going in there for...even when you are clueless (sent with a list). 2. they are always kind and helpful. I know "it's there job" but no these gentlemen and ladies go above and beyond to make sure what you got is what you need. 3. sometimes if it's an easy remove and replace they will even help you out and do it for you. Being disabled this is a big plus in my book. 4. their prices are good as well. So if you need something for your vehicle go see the friendly faces at AutoZone in Purcell. One of our best kept secrets...well not not. :)

There good on the evening shift

We went to O'Reilly's twice and got the wrong part both times so we went to autozone. We finally got the right part. The guys in there were fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going there from now on!
