Best dealership experience ever! From start to finish everything was fast. I emailed, got a response and a text message. Changed dealerships a few times but everything was seamless. I spent weeks going through their 175 different F-150s as I was done with buying vehicles. I wanted to buy one then drive the wheels off of it. And this place made it so easy. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and they just handed me the keys and let me do my thing. The salesman, Tyler, was still very kind and low pressure which I appreciated. The real magic happened when we went to see Rocky, their finance guy. He is the sweetest most knowledgeable person in the car buying industry I have ever met. He was also very down to earth and he just made you feel like you'd known him your whole life. He got us a payment that was below what we were paying currently, an interest rate that was a fraction of what we were paying and seemingly "threw in" some upgrades that made it feel like we had just bought a brand new vehicle. I remember saying at the end of the deal "That's it?" Waiting to spend another 4 hours in the dealership but no, about 30 minutes later we were walking out and going home. The owner, or maybe manager, answered all of my extra questions, Tyler was great moral support and Rocky worked his magic to get us what we needed. The whole team and experience was wonderful. Scott was great. I showed up, he was friendly and the car was ready to on a drive right away. I drove the car without the rush of a sales person taking me on a 5 min drive and it was nice to really drive the vehicle. After the ride I decided it was the car for me. Zeck makes it super easy. The vehicles are priced well, no haggle pricing and financing went through without a hitch. I drove 3 hours to buy this vehicle and it couldn’t have worked out any better.
