Sad to say a classic example of a poorly run store due to manager. She clearly cannot be bothered to stay off her phone long enough to provide assistance to Autozone customers. The store has all the products needed for car repairs but none of that matters when customers are made to feel like they are not valued. Go somewhere else!

Im curious...did your store associates get lost in the stock room looking for parts? Still holding.

Staff was amazing. They helped diagnose the problem, and quickly found the parts we needed. They were also kind to the kids in my car, which went a long way towards making us feel welcome.

Greetings were pleasant and the parts were on the shelves not only on the computer screen. It's an ugly customer service habit to look on the computer and say yes we have this part or that part. And after you drive 30 or so the parts are not on the shelves. Makes me want to shop online and I'm not an online shopper.

Went in there because my engine light was on. The woman checked it and came back inside, printed it out, handed the paper to me and walked away. Never once trying to explain to me what it meant or what part I could buy to fix it. Rudest person I’ve ever met in there. Drove across the street and got Oreillys to check it. They explained it to to me, and showed me the part I needed. Never will shop in Senatobia Autozone again.

I love their greetings upon entry they always acknowledge their customers and very helpful and knowledgable and assisting you with your needs.
