Best and more than fair trade-in offer. Family and I have bought several cars there. Got my 5th Jeep. Quick financing-no hassle or trying to put you in "any" car. Only giving 4 because vehicle was brand new and gas light came on 6 miles out. I didn't think to ask for gas, but complimentary fill-ups on new vehicles are always appreciated!

I can't comment much about the vehicle sales department but I can say that the service and body departments are A+. Jason and Jimmy in the service department are honest and good men. Chris in the body shop is the same. Overall would recommend to anyone.

Our CRV needed to be re-painted in a small area after a friend of ours accidentally backed into it. The Ross body shop did a great job. We cannot even tell the CRV was ever scratched. I have heard other people say that this body shop does excellent work, and we agree.

Got online and scheduled a service appointment for 1030 am. Got to the dealership the day of and arrived 20 minutes early. Was told they dont take appointments and they never look at the website service they offer for scheduling. They also told me they were out of oil. I did end up getting my service done ONLY because I have a trip coming up and needed it done prior.

Horrible customer service and quality of work. Took several weeks longer than initially stated. Shop claimed several times work was complete but after inspection it was obviously not ready. Anytime I spoke with Mr.Rose he took immediate offense and began defending himself in an arguable manner. The last time we spoke he said he was "done with truck" and hung up. -5* rating Not sure how they are still open.

I took my postal jeep in to get worked on they said they would get work done in a day. It needed to be finished up the next morning which I had taken off for anyway. So glad they had finished so quickly. Thanks to the mechanics

I took my car in at 8:00 for a oil change and a recall. I come back at 1:00 and they tell me they did the oil change but not the recall that they getting ready to take care of it. I come again at 3:30 they still haven't did anything to my car only thing that they want do is make money so they made sure that they did the oil change first. 😡😡😡😡😡😡
