Maybe because I'm a woman however, I been cut short while telling the employee what I needed. He only wanted to hear the part name. Which I didn't know . Duh! Customer service needs improvement... Otherwise have had a good experience there .

Larry the store manager is tha bomb! Seems most times I order i need something else, part delivered to another place etc and he always accommodates me! I wish i had that guy on my team! I wont be visiting any other parts house in Taylorsville, and i do have accts with them all. No other parts house compares to the service I get with Larry! Go man go! You will own this company one day!

The people are friendly and will go out of there way to assist you. But I've spent quite a bit of hard earned money this past weekend all because this store. Every single part that I purchased was wrong. So I go to the springs road store. 4 more times to be exact. I have the receipts to prove it. If I could give this store zero stars I would. This isn't the first time this store has done this. Almost every time I go here it's wrong parts or defective parts. If it wasn't a convenient location they would have lost my business long ago. But this last time was my breaking point. So I hope AutoZone enjoys all that money I spent on there screw ups.
