Looking at a Jeep on the website and called Zach to get more info. Website and salesman both say it’s in excellent condition. Asked for a carfax, (they don't do a carfax), and was told nothing was wrong with the Jeep. I run a Carfax and it’s clean, so we do all the paperwork online as we are 2+ hours away just to speed up the process. I let Zach know we were coming and what time to expect us. We arrive on time and literally wait outside by the Jeep for 25 minutes with not a sole checking on us (mind you 3 employees were in and out of the office) and clearly see us. It was probably better we didn’t deal with anyone, because the Jeep was DESTROYED…like front bumper cracked, every body panel scratched (not mild, deep to the metal), needed a full paint job and the door handles were corroded as well. We happily drove our 2 hours back home in my nicely painted, fully functional Escalade:-)!

This place is run by dishonest scammers and liars. Jamie sold me a truck with a bad transmission and a title that was unable to be registered. I had it in writing that they would fix the truck and they refused to do so. I had to spend over 5 hours dealing with the DMV to get the cars title uploaded into the national system to be able to register the truck. They took my truck twice claiming they were going to fix it. When I talked to the mechanic they brought it to he said neither time did they ask him to diagnose a problem they just brought new belts and said to change them. The transmissions pump was bad and making an awful squeel. Jamie decided he knew better than a mechanic and decided to waste my time and money. Jamie and Misty are the kinds of people that give car salesman awful names. Stay away from this place.

I drove in to look at a car to replace my truck. Jamie was very nice and professional. I found the car I wanted at just the right price without a lot of hassle and even got money back for my truck. Everything was smooth as silk. When I buy another truck I will buy it from them. If you need a car or truck they will sell you a car or truck. Great people with lots of cars and trucks to choose from.

Bought a 2003 Honda Accord at Hoyle's on Black Friday. It was priced at $5,995 which I was okay paying, but without even asking or not even negotiating they dropped the price to $1,995! Sure there are some minor problems with the car. The mirror control, cruise control, and heat don't work. Sure you can tell there is some cosmetic wear and tear but with a deal like that I couldn't say no! Everyone was very pleasant to work with and I love my car! THANK YOU

Bought a 2004 PT Cruiser. When I was signing paperwork the owner said if you have any problems give me a call. The next day after driving home the car would not start at the gas station. I called the owner and he said there's is nothing I can do. Don't trust or believe this place. I had 6 breakdowns constant engine lights two garage services and one tow. I did most of the repairs myself to save money. $900 later got all the computer problems solved.

Quality used vehicles at fair prices. if you have an issue mechanically, these guys will help you to fix it. if you had a bad experience before, I can personally say they have the kinks worked out, and are under new management.
