We called Auto Zone and told them we needed an alternator because we were broke down and asked if they could bring us one (the other auto parts store refused to help). Katelyn was there in minutes to pick up my Dad and take him to the store. A few minutes later they returned with an alternator AND tools to fix it! 15 minutes later my Dad fixed it with the tools Katelyn let him borrow and we were on our way home (two hours away). Katelyn, thank you for being such a wonderful human being and employee that takes care of her customers! We're very grateful for you!

Always friendly, courteous, and professional service. From what I can tell, the prices are very competitive with all other local Parts stores. Hence four stars. Always willing to take the time to go out to your vehicle to listen/and or check out exactly what you are talking about. They do have the Diagnostic computer to plug into your vehicle free of charge. But most importantly, they will always tell you straight out, whether you can change the part yourself, or should you seek professional services. No unpleasant visits there so far. Good job to all employees.
