On December 27th, 2020 at 7:30pm right before they close and Shay and another nice older gentlemen helped us out so much with our radiator part on my 04’ Jetta. They pried and pushed the older radiator out of the hose for us and saved us a a lot of money. SHAY WOULDNT EVEN TAKE MY 10 DOLLARS I OFFEDED. SHES A GREAT SOUL.

Ron and all the other employees are great, as for the last few interactions (not per my request) with the manager that knows very little and has very few customer service skills, plenty of arrogance, and persona that he is above everyone else including customers.....i think a call to the regional manager is in order....

I've been going to this place forever and will continue to shop there however I will never buy a starter or a fuel pump from there you will have to go to Napa to get one that's reliable but besides that their lifetime warranty on things are very easy to get taken care of
