    Stopped in for a cabin air filter. The one recommended by their book did not seem right. Verified with the clerk and he said it was. I went to put it in and it was the regular air filter. Not the first time this has happened. Will not be back.

    I was the only customer in the store, with 2 guys behind the counter. One was on the phone. I found wiper blades but not what I really wanted, so I approached the counter and told the guy what I wanted. He asked, "Did you look online?" I said no and left. Got the wipers and the willing help I needed at Auto Zone down the street--who was, by the way, very busy with customers. Do you think it could have been the customer service???

    We went on a very snowy night to replace the passenger and rear window wipers. They had what we needed and gladly installed them for us in less then 15 minutes.

    Very immature, loud mouth lady behind counter. A good manager would have fired her on the spot for talking the way she did around customers.

    My check engine light came on and they checked it for free. I had called two other places and they wanted 69$ for the first 1/2 hour and 50$ but I had to wait 3 days!

    I have never been treated so rude... immature employee at the wheel... Never using this store again... May never shop at O'Reilly again... EVER!
