First time using RV yard, needed a few parts that are no longer manufactured and they had what I needed! The order process is handled through email, and PayPal which is little unconventional, but it works. I appreciate the large selection of parts and the ability to get what I need. I found their customer service to be excellent! I received my parts quickly after paying the invoice. They were packaged very well since they were fragile. I’m very pleased!

I emailed them beginning in Sept, got an immediate response, I was looking for an amber colored light cover for one of our clearance/ running lights on our motor home. They requested pictures of the existing one so they could make sure they had a match, I sent pictures immediately and they replied saying they had it in stock, $15 +S&H. I asked how to get payment to them and got crickets back. I them called them in October and was told by the man on the phone that when someone from the tech dept got in he would have them answer my email, crickets again, I have sent no less that 8-10 emails since then, nothing, called again yesterday and was told by the man on the phone (after he placed me on hold) that he had gone to the tech dept and they were right at that moment answering my email, lol yeah right 🤣😅😂 no, 24 hours later still nothing. Really, is this how you do business ?

I would like to take a moment to share our amazing experience we had with RVYard. We have been trying for a while to find a part for our 2007 Four Winds Hurricane RV with no results. After doing alot of praying I did a search and RV Yard's website popped up and I couldn't believe my eyes the part I was desperately searching for was available for purchase. It was truly an answer to many prayers. The staff at RV Yard were Awesome they were so helpful and kind. We thank them so much for all their assistance in obtaining a part that was unavailable anywhere else. We highly recommend RV Yard for your RV parts needs. .

We have a 40 foot 2018 Tiffin Phaeton Motorhome and were in the middle of a snowstorm at dusk near Flagstaff. There had been a long delay on I-40 (about 4 hours), and when traffic cleared we were between a semi and a pickup towing a trailer. Everyone started speeding up and the trailer cut us off and knocked the driver mirror off our coach! We were desperate to get it replaced, and RVYARD in Phoenix were our saviors! We called them to see if we could get a salvaged mirror as Tiffin's lead time from their supplier was 4 weeks - no way we could wait..they had a salvaged one, installed it the next morning, and we were on our way. Thank God, and thank RVYARD. They are great people to work with, pleasant, helpful, and efficient. I recommend if you need help for parts anywhere near Phoenix, they are the people to go to. They saved us so much time and money, it's still unbelievable. They plan to open other locations around the country also, which would be so good for RVers.

I'm glad I read the reviews. I Called them & they were short & told me to hold. I guy with a Hispanic accent comes on with the same story I read in the reviews, email the the measurement because they have the sizes on file. But I read from one guy on the reviews that its a stack of windows you have to go through. I asked if I could just go down & look he says its better to email them. Same story from another guy on reviews. I say okay, what's your name.... hesitation then uh Bruce. HAHAHA a Hispanic guy with a name Bruce. LOL, I'm still laughing.... The one star is for cracking me up today.... (Reply.....) I always ck out a business or website on the reviews. The list of 1 star reviews all are pretty much the same, I'm positive they didn't call each other to write similar negative reviews. Also if you don't know a Hispanic accent when you hear one & your from southern Arizona then maybe you should listen more, especially to the complaints your getting instead of justifying the problems in every review with your business. Other business's have the decency to say they are sorry & ask the customer how they can make it right. In all the reviews you never apologize & it's never your fault. And when I asked whoever the guy was, his name, he stutters & then says uhhhh, Bruce. Everyone else I have ever asked what their name is, they immediately answer, they don't have to think about it. So I figured if I went there & I asked for Bruce who ever he was, would probably say sorry I didn't talk to you or no one named Bruce works here. I've been around enough to know your games that's why I ck'd your people out by calling first, then the reviews & now I know I wouldn't waste my time with your business, because the customer doesn't come first with your business. Have a beautiful life!

Great experience, very helpful people. They had exactly what I needed at a price I could afford. 1/3 the cost of new. I had to replace my a/c unit. They had the exact replacement making it easy to switch out units. Bought and installed yesterday. So far, everything is working great.

This company ripped me off. I ordered a camera from them for my RV, waited for many weeks. Called them, they said they would look into it. I called them back. Same thing. They took my money but never sent the camera. It's been 6 months now.

PLEASE IF YOU ARE READING THIS, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Zero stars. The reason they say all sales are final is because they send BROKEN parts and blame it on UPS. I spent over 200$ on broken parts. They will not refund you they will not care about you or the rv. They are very rude on the phone and very short on their email replies. Please do not buy from here

Wow! Went in to find a set of steps. When a gentleman finally decided to talk to us, he said he couldn't help, while we were explaining we needed a set of steps. He advised us to go out to the yard to look for a set on their RVs. If we found any, we should take pictures and bring back to show him. Then it would take 4 days to remove. OK, so we did. Found 3 different sets that would fit our rig. We go back to talk to same gentleman, NOW he says they won't sell them because "they might use them for something else." Why would you send us out to look for them?? They hoard parts and don't seem interested in selling, customer service is non-existent. We wouldn't mind self serve, but when you do, they don't want to sell. What a waste of time. Glad we're local and didn't come from miles away for nothing.

Previous owners of my 2012 travel trailer had removed the microwave. I use the space for storage of dry foods. But had to jury-rig while traveling. Found RBYARD. Very helpful woman. Showed me to where they kept cabinet doors. Only a few, but I found something that was close enough to fill the gap, and not so obtuse that doesn’t stand out, unless you’re looking closely. Bingo $20! As a salvage yard, the place is fairly well organized, but best to have your item specs and measurements with you. Thanks RVYARD!

This place is terrible.They waste your time asking for information and don't do anything for you. Do not waste your time with this worthless business. They will tell you to send them emails with your info and never respond. They don't even know if an E350 is a Ford or a chevy.... If you want to know how this business runs look at their shipping. If a company states we might ship it out in a week or two could take a longer Probably not a good company to buy stuff from. Update: This owner is a joke.He had all the right information and my vin! Do not do business with these jacks!

Spent a couple days looking for a pitch arm for an awning made by Dometic. Nearly almost every RV store/shop wanted to sell the whole complete assembly not just the pitch arm. After finally stumbling on RVyard and talking to Jose. I was able to get the pitch arm that I needed, instead of buying a whole brand new unit. The transaction was very simple, I easily took some pictures of the part, emailed it to them and Jose got back to me in a timely matter. Jose then let me know that they had the part, and they could either ship it or I can pick it up locally. When I got to the store, I was easily greeted by Carlos who radioed Jose to meet me with my part and also give me some useful information for the future. Overall, I experienced excellent service, great pricing, and phenomenal communication.

I was looking for an old light fixture for my 2010 Winnebago Tour. I took a picture and they found the same item in their inventory. Response time was the same day or the next day through email. Very easy to work with.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, it takes a lot to get me to do so. I would give them more stars but apparently they have "so" much business, they don't have time to deal with my common and ordinary parts need. Asking for a less damaged part then the one they offered is over the top. Communication is very slow and no point calling them, they just insult you and tell you to e mail them. Update: It took 2 months for them to reply. Case and point.

They have had my payment for over a week now and they still have not sent out my part which is a small switch which they have in hand. Called and asked why it has not been sent out yet and they don't know. Sooo, today being Martin luther King day I will give them till tomorrow to email me a tracking number confirming it has been sent and if not then I will contact my bank to cancel payment. All these bad reviews is a bit disconcerting. I will update this review with the results. Update: 1-30-24. After requesting tracking info several times and never got but was charged for 3 day delivery and being over 2 weeks I canceled payment on my card. 2 days later I received the part which does not work. Talked with card company and they said the law says I have to pay them which I did. For an item that does not work. There is other places to find what you need, save yourself the hassle of being ripped off and trying to get them to be honest. I don't care who is a veteran I am a veteran it does not mean someone is an angel. Actions speak louder than words most the time but for this time heed these words. These people are shisters. Update:2/8/24. Then why didn't you provide shipping info which was requested a number of times? Again you had my money 2 weeks before it was shipped. End of story.

My bad hip rated the first time..,:-) These folks are Fantastic.. our workhorse engine A/C stopped blowing cold air (hot) and they figured out what was wrong, allowed us to stay in their secured location so the can get the parts replaced.. they have been so nice, welcoming, helpful willing to go that extra step to make sure their customers are satisfied.. Good place to pick up some older parts for our coach that aren't produce any longer.. Right place, right prices.. GREAT..!!!! Dennis ran through some test and worked on it during a hot day..what a great mechinec..The Bosses, can't say enough nice things on how they've been accommidating.. Thank You..

I was looking for a furnace cover for my 2005 Weekend Warrior Toyhauler. Customer service was great, After forwarding pictures and dimensions via email, they responded the next morning letting me know they had it in stock. No other RV salvage yard in the southwest had this particular cover, and was discontinued from manufacturing. The process was simple and professional. Would recommend to anyone looking for used RV parts.

Zero stars. Don't waste your time with these clowns. I had an RV refrigerator that I wanted to get rid of. I called them on the phone, and was told that they do take fridges and could look at it. Their "tech" was only there until 2:00 PM. I took time off work and drove 45 minutes across town to get there before he left. When I arrived, the tech came out of his office and poked his head out the front door, never even stepped across the threshold and then went back to his office. He never said a word to me or even acknowledged my presence, and then told the other guy to tell me they weren't interested. He couldn't even see where I was parked, much less the fridge in the back of my SUV! They could've just told me they weren't interested on the phone and saved me the time and the money. Rude and useless. They will never get another dime of my money!
