Wow a little of everything and very nice people

I bought a barely used Onan QD generator from them in Nov '20. I didn't get much opportunity to test it for over a month but they assured me they would stand behind the unit. When I did finally test it several weeks later it worked as expected but noticed a small coolant leak. Due to scheduling and us leaving the area we could not get addressed immediately. We returned to Phoenix the next winter (Jan '22) and they promptly brought us in and removed the unit from our coach and identified the problem (loose hose clamps) and rectified. Reinstalled and on our way. We are pleased they did indeed stand behind the unit and it has been a great choice for us.

Very helpful and efficient knowledgeable good to deal with had the part I needed removed it from the vehicle and got me on my way right away would use them again.

The staff is friendly and they offer a wide selection of used and hard to find parts for all types of RV's.

Good stuff people there are useful they try their best to get what you need for your RVand also they have good deals and prices.

If looking for parts from wrecked RV's this is a good place to go. You'll find most anything that's in an RV motorhome or trailer.

Told me they had the part and the price. Wouldn’t respond to my next email for two days. Then did respond with they sold it to another customer. Very unprofessional.Response to owner;You said you had the part you then quoted me in email $450.00 and then 48 hrs later you said you sold it to someone else. Facts are facts so live with them. One more response and I’ll copy paste the emails right here… Have yourself a “Beautiful Day”.

While they didn't have a salvaged window that fit our vintage trailer, they were extremely friendly and accommodating. While their inventory is limited to what salvaged vehicles they have on hand (so you can't assume that they'll have what you need), we would definitely turn to them again when looking for used RV parts.

You will spend half a day gathering pictures, finding part numbers, taking measurements, and writing descriptions then dealing with terrible service and lack of communication; next you will find out they don't have the parts you need. To sum it up... Poor service, poor processes, lack of parts. Good thing for them they don't have much competition
