Unfortunately we got a bad transmission from b&r and I was done with the salesman. I asked politely for Zac the manager to call me and discuss the situation in the Albany Oregon location and he never contacted me after I asked after several attempts.he then sent me off to a manager in Arizona and then they never contacted me.. very very unprofessional…….. will not be buying from this junk company again… LACK OF COMMUNICATION

I just wanted to say how pleased and thankful I am to the manager Zac and especially the person who pulled the dashpad I ordered for my Ram. I've bought many parts from B&R and this location and team shines above the rest. The dash was pulled and packaged with immense care. Often you only hear the negative and this was one of the best experiences I've had buying with B&R. Jordan my sale person also did a fantastic job.
