    Unfortunately we got a bad transmission from b&r and I was done with the salesman. I asked politely for Zac the manager to call me and discuss the situation in the Albany Oregon location and he never contacted me after I asked after several attempts.he then sent me off to a manager in Arizona and then they never contacted me.. very very unprofessional…….. will not be buying from this junk company again… LACK OF COMMUNICATION

    I just wanted to say how pleased and thankful I am to the manager Zac and especially the person who pulled the dashpad I ordered for my Ram. I've bought many parts from B&R and this location and team shines above the rest. The dash was pulled and packaged with immense care. Often you only hear the negative and this was one of the best experiences I've had buying with B&R. Jordan my sale person also did a fantastic job. Zac, it's obvious you run a tight ship and have a great crew. Thank you again.

    Ordered a left turn signal from them twice first time they screwed it up sent me the wrong part second time they screwed it Up again and sent me the right turn signal never going back again.

    Horrible service, incomplete and damaged parts. I have been getting parts from b and r and other wrecking yards for 11 years. B and R are almost always the cheapest, but I have the most problems. Broken parts, wrong parts, incomplete parts, damaged in transit parts. then trying to get my money back so I can purchase elsewhere since they destroyed the only one they had is a nightmare. I'm finally done after this last transaction. I would rather pay more and save myself the frustration and headache.

    The selection was not great, and when we received our part, it was non- functional. Wires were ripped out and the key that came with our column didn't even match. The prices were fair, but not after having to drive there and back too many times due to their mistakes. I was refunded finally but no other apologies or offers were made to make up for it. Waste of time for me and I still don't have the right part.

    Never bought a used part from any other company since I came to Or.and they didn’t fail me now!! The radio in my 2011 RAM, died B&R had one w/nav. total cost of radio and installation at a great stereo store less than 350 bones… NICE!!!😃

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS!!! Bought a used engine with warranty that was supposed to be tested and good. After spending several thousands to have the shop put it in just to find out it was a bad engine with 10+ permanent codes indicating several components disfunctioning. Now I'm stuck with 2 bad engines!! When confronted they basically told me they could do nothing unless I pay another grand to get the engine out and pay transportation costs to bring it back to them. That's a loss of $4000 just for putting my trust into them! More than twice the engine's cost. I'll make sure neither me nor any of my employees(600+) never gets nowhere near this business again!!

    Love whenever i need somthing it pretty reliable to come here also if theu have the car in the uard ypu can save lots by pulling it out ypur self. 600$ back glass for a ranger was 115 from thees guys if that tells ya anything

    I'm changing my review to give credit where credit is due. The manager cared enough to call and personally apologize. As a small business owner myself I can respect that. We all make mistakes it's what we do after that matters. I'll give them a second chance and edit my review accordingly.

    I have needed some parts for an older vehicle I purchased last summer. Very happy with the customer service I received, and price was good. Jarrod was very helpful. Can't remember the name of the other gentleman that helped me, but he stayed in touch and kept me informed when one of the parts wasn't in the condition we hoped for and worked with me to take care of the situation. Will definitely be my first call when I need anything else.

    I had such a good experience here with an Angel named Jennifer! She went out of her way to ensure I could get the wheel I needed for my car, even though I arrived to the wrong location. This place & people are awesome! Jennifer should get a raise haha she’s so sweet and helpful

    Jennifer is always helpful in pointing me in the right direction for the parts I’m looking for. I’ve been utilizing B and R for many years and appreciate the wide variety of vehicles and parts they have in stock. Sometimes they get busy but if you’re patient and friendly with them, they will be with you also.

    Very good price and gentleman had great customer service over the phone. However the most unfriendly customer service once you walked into the lobby.. I would have gave 5 outta 5 if the 4 people that weren't on phones could of gotten acknowledged me. I bought 4 tires with 80% tread for 200 very thankful for the price.

    I as on my way to work Friday on Goldfish Farm Rd. and ended up with a flat tire. I drove in, just to leave my car and look for help but Jared from B&R came out and offered his assistance right away. He got the forklift, hoisted the car up, put on the spare and set me on my way! I’m so grateful for their help as it kept me on track to make my work appointment that day. Thank you for showing such kindness!! I did also notice that they sell tire sets! I might just be headed your way again.

    Trash. Why would I go to this place, pull the part myself and pay more than buying the same parts on eBay, in better condition without me having to remove them myself? I was looking for a side mirror, thinking if I buy local, I might save some money, but holy cow, they are asking more than eBay without the guarantee. Not a chance I buy from these people. I will just order it from eBay instead. They want all the benefits of eBay but none of the downside or risk, so hard pass.

    Went by was able to physically pull my own hitch that I needed off another vehicle and paid a very affordable rate while being treated with kindness and respect. Lot better service than other B&R auto wrecking locations and staff were more understanding and caring, people like Jared who literally did his part out in the yard to ensure I got the part I was after. And salesman Justin for him not up.charging and following through with his word. I will be recommending this place and I'll also be returning for more parts for sure

    I have had THE BEST experience with this company! I was in an accident and in desperate need of a door for my car. I was able to see the pictures online and I spoke with Corey who was so patient and helpful. He also gave me his extension to reach him directly if I needed any help. Best customer service I have EVER had!! He explained the process to me and I was able to get my door the same day. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family! Thanks B&R!!!!

    We ordered a part and was told we could pick it up in a few days, two weeks later and they've lost the part and have our money for it. No phone calls returned or anything. May want to find a different place to get your parts. Review will stay the same till I get my money or the part or maybe even a phone call from them. That would be a gracious courtesy.

    I didn't plan on leaving a review other than the one star. I was a faithful customer there until I had picked up a transmission for a friend's car, I didn't need it after about 4 months and I reached back out to see if I could get a return or some sort of credit and I got the runaround about five times in a row and didn't even get my calls returned and was treated like I was some sort of thief trying to rob when I just wanted to give you guys the transmission back instead of it sitting on my porch or going to the scrap yard. Some of the most poor customer service I've ever gotten from a wrecking yard sadly. This is your Albany location I'm referring to. I still have the transmission as well, I had the paperwork even. 😬

    Been going to B&R since I was like 16 and I had my first car! They're always very helpful and accommodating when I'm looking for a part but I don't know the correct name for it lol also if they don't have it they'll search or call the other yards and get it shipped to them! Would definitely recommend checking here before buying new if you can!

    As a wholesale parts purchaser, customer service is nice and all, but what really matters is fast delivery times, and accuracy. B&R is at the top of the game when it comes to both! I work with Levi Eiler, and I swear he must live there! He is always available to take my order, and regularly catches Grade B parts before they are shipped. He is always looking out for my best interests - to the point I'm beginning to think I'm his only customer. Best prices on the market. Friendly drivers. Good staff. Highly recommend B&R for all your recycled part needs.

    The phone system is broken horrible. Good luck getting someone on the phone to talk to you. No exaggeration, I wasted a good 45 minutes getting tossed to this guys voicemail.... his voice-mail box was full. He read off a number to text him, but after calling back a half dozen times I was finally able to figure it out (because he spoke so fast it was impossible to copy down and missing a number). I finally reached a person after being on hold for another 12 minutes at their main number. The gentleman was extremely rude from the start (a Mario in Seattle). Lots of dramatic sighs in the background and other rude behavior. If I would have overheard that conversation at my place of business, I would have let him go on the spot He cut me off multiple times as I tried to explain the situation and I had to actually demand to be allowed to finish my sentence. I was *told* to follow a specific procedure by the local store that I physically visited a few days ago. This behavior is completely unacceptable for ANY business. Get a phone tree system that works if you rely on that, and don't employ kids with attitude that 'think they know everything' when that is far from the truth. Belittling the customer is never a good business tactic. If there was anywhere else to go for parts I would In a second. On a positive note, The staff at the Corvallis, OR location were some of the nicest people in person. So this doesn't hold true for all locations. I would highly suggest avoiding calling this place. If you need something go in to a physical shop and make arrangements there.
