Went to the Corvallis location just to looks for nicks and backs for my 2004 Mazda6. Guy at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Once I got to the cars I needed a tool and asked one of the part pullers if I could borrow a tool. Even though he was on his way to lunch he was nice enough and trusted me with his tools. Just asked to leave it in his van afterwards. All and all such an easy and nice experience. Thank you guys.

Front desk staff for were awesome! Was very organized and told me exactly where the vehicles I was looking for were located with a map. Good selection of inventory. 10/10 will go back for future parts needs. Services: Part finding & extracting, Vehicle wrecking, Vehicle recycling

If you are "shopping" here , be prepared for frustrations. They have little incentive to help you get your car out. In fact, they have incentive to keep your car from you. Ask your friends. I know several who've have lost their cars due to paperwork. Like getting thing from the dmv during the height of covid and no one could get anything from the dmv. Still they keep and sell your car

They don't know what they have and don't care, they're rude and have poor customer service. Drove an hour, and they didn't even have the part I needed. Definitely don't recommend, you're better off trying to order a part online.

It's a wonderland of cars and parts.Idea for B&R: Have a "Basket" special. Give a milk crate and anything that fits in it for $40.Feel free to mix up the rules, I just like the idea of a good bargain. It would be good for "found items" non car related.

Really Bad service they don't know how to treat people because they are always in a bad mood they don't have a good costumer service i prefer to go the one it's in Eugene because compared to these people, those from Eugene treat you with kindness and good service.

Very helpful. First time at a wrecking yard in many years. Vehichels very easy to find. Prices seem fair after calling a few places. Helpful tip the vehicals have their location spraypainted on the window, so you know exactly where they are.

Yesterday, I bought a battery here for a pretty decent price. However, when I asked for a battery with a specific group size I was told, "The batteries are over there". I asked for help finding the right battery and the guy replied, "I don't really know about the batteries." So I went over to the stack of batteries and spent a long period of time trying to hunt down the right battery. As I was searching, I overheard the guy who refused to help me, making a personal phone call to one of his friends that were going to be borrowing his dad's truck and whatnot for the day. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I usually don't have any issues shopping and doing business with B&R Auto Wrecking and I typically get my car parts for really good prices here. I have been a repeat customer with them for many years however this experience has really left a sour taste in my mouth.

My 17 year old son had all four wheels stolen off his Honda Civic just two days after bringing it home. Larry Rhodes at B&R offered up his companies services to find new wheels for him. Within just hours we received these excellent replacements which got my son back on the road with a minimum of fuss. The wheels we received were cleaned up and in really good condition. I am so grateful to have such a good company here in Corvallis. I also learned that when they had a fire earlier in the year, B&R made a huge effort to make sure their employees kept their jobs. No one got laid off. A business that can keep track of their inventory so competently as well as being compassionate for the trials of the customers is a business I happily support.Update: B&R responded to a request to lift the car to put on the new wheels quickly and professionally. Exceedingly affordable rate as well as polite, courteous service. It was a nice touch that he wanted to make sure the car would start before he left.

Yard closes 1.5 hours before main office. I don’t see it posted anywhere on the building, and no one picked up the phone both times I called. Terribly inconvenient to drive all the way out there and just be rudely turned away.
