I used to own a body shop a number of years ago. At that time, I had been to and ordered from every wrecking yard in Pierce County. My first experience with B & R in Graham, WA, was excellent. Since I no longer had the contracts I used to have, I thought I had found a business that would take care of me. I was totally wrong. My second experience was a nightmare. I drove half an hour out there with a wheel I needed to replace. I left it with them. A week later it i drove all the back out there to pick it up. Once back home, I found it was not quite the same design. Not that big of a deal for a 20 year old car. It was close enough It would have been better than the spare. However, it was marked the wrong size. I needed 15.5 but this was 16.5. In the meantime the car got totaled by a stolen truck. So I brought it back. They could obviously see it was wrong. I was supposed to get a refund to my credit card, but months later never got it. I also asked about an emergency brake for my farm truck. During all these attempted contacts, they never call back. How can you run a business like this. Word of mouth will make or break you in business.

Update: B&R Auto Wrecking: Owner asked for my order number to address service issues, but it's been 1 month of silence. Disappointed by the lack of action and follow-up after my cooperation. Their commitment to customer service seems to be lacking. Additionally, their prices for broken parts are outrageously high, adding to the overall negative experience.

I ordered a part 3 weeks ago an easy part mind you. They gave me the run around, and when they told me my part was ready, I showed up and told me they didn't know where it was, after 20min they only found one of the two parts... They could see my frustration and absolutely did not care, their puller was highly unprofessional and basically dumped the part and said well call you when your other part is ready... It's been 4 days still nothing... The party I need is a leaf spring and I can't install it until I have the second part what good does one do when you need two...

My 17 year old son had all four wheels stolen off his Honda Civic just two days after bringing it home. Larry Rhodes at B&R offered up his companies services to find new wheels for him. Within just hours we received these excellent replacements which got my son back on the road with a minimum of fuss. The wheels we received were cleaned up and in really good condition. I am so grateful to have such a good company here in Corvallis. I also learned that when they had a fire earlier in the year, B&R made a huge effort to make sure their employees kept their jobs. No one got laid off. A business that can keep track of their inventory so competently as well as being compassionate for the trials of the customers is a business I happily support. Update: B&R responded to a request to lift the car to put on the new wheels quickly and professionally. Exceedingly affordable rate as well as polite, courteous service. It was a nice touch that he wanted to make sure the car would start before he left.

Very helpful. First time at a wrecking yard in many years. Vehichels very easy to find. Prices seem fair after calling a few places. Helpful tip the vehicals have their location spraypainted on the window, so you know exactly where they are.

Yesterday, I bought a battery here for a pretty decent price. However, when I asked for a battery with a specific group size I was told, "The batteries are over there". I asked for help finding the right battery and the guy replied, "I don't really know about the batteries." So I went over to the stack of batteries and spent a long period of time trying to hunt down the right battery. As I was searching, I overheard the guy who refused to help me, making a personal phone call to one of his friends that were going to be borrowing his dad's truck and whatnot for the day. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I usually don't have any issues shopping and doing business with B&R Auto Wrecking and I typically get my car parts for really good prices here. I have been a repeat customer with them for many years however this experience has really left a sour taste in my mouth.

Management needs to teach a lesson in customer service at this location. I like supporting good local businesses with positive reviews, but my experience at this Corvallis location was negative. I was told one price for the part I need at the Eugene location only to hear it went up 33% a day later. Headed over to Pick-A-Part for the same piece at the price BR Eugene quoted. Good job front end guy, you lost a sale, get to hang on to scrap, and now got your biz a bad review.

This place towed the vehicle illegally. They charged over $400 even though the vehicle was only impounded for a matter of hours. When I arrived, I requested that I be able to retrieve my medication from the vehicle as well as necessary legal documents, and refused. As a first responder not having access to the tools necessary to provide lifesaving services because the company wants to overcharge and bully customers is ridiculous. If this company tells your vehicle, please report it to the tow board. What they do is predatory and criminal

I bought an engine from my car. They sent me a broken one. I send pictures of videos so they can see it was broken but they didn’t care . They didn’t refund my money service are horrible. Don’t buy it here unless you wanna lose your money.
