Not a great experience. I’ve called multiple times only to get the AI worker and then they say they will call me back. Never called me back. I’m currently on my 4th time calling because I really need this part for my car. Overall a terrible over the phone experience. Hopefully I’m the only one having this problem. Also if you call back and you can’t hear them speaking because of service reasons, CALL THEM BACK. Not that hard

Update:<br>B&R Auto Wrecking: Owner asked for my order number to address service issues, but it's been 1 month of silence. Disappointed by the lack of action and follow-up after my cooperation. Their commitment to customer service seems to be lacking. Additionally, their prices for broken parts are outrageously high, adding to the overall negative experience.

I needed a passenger fender for my 2010 Ford Edge. I found a color matched one on the B&R site. When I called Brandon Peters answered and helped me with my initial purchase. Brandon was super helpful and cool to talk to. He made the process super easy. I needed the fender shipped to Washington and he took care of all the details. I got the fender a couple days later. When I went to install the fender it turned out it was wrong. Totally my fault. I didn't do the research to find out that the fender changed slightly from 2010 to 2011. Again my fault. Called Brandon and.eplained the situation. He immediately started checking the website and found the exact fender. He ordered up I swapped them out at the Graham location and took it home and installed it with no problems. Brandon was amazing. Super helpful and super easy to work with. I highly recommend Brandon and the crew down at B&R in Oregon. Made my situation super easy.
