Was a great place to take scrap until today when to my surprise and utter shock, I noticed a return check fee post to my bank account. I was paid with a check that bounced! My bank has mailed the check back to me and once received I will take it up with management at the Bare Metals location. If not corrected including the extra bounced check fee I will expect my scrap returned to me and will report to the BBB.2/28/22I Appreciate the response! Once problem has been resolved I will edit my review accordingly.3/7/22Bare Metals cut me a new check and added additional funds to cover the overdraft fee. Although it was a inconvenience, they corrected the problem!

Apparently they have this new thing with their bank that is less than 10 mins from them. They have to scan it upload the check that they give you to the bank now and it takes an hour. So you can't cash it for an hour!! Really ridiculous for people who are coming from another city to have to wait that long it else pay someone else to cash it.

I can say the people there are nice but when you pull up and it’s 430 you get in the gate for them to only tell you we’re closed your website says 5 PM you need to Specifically say after 4:30 PM you can’t come in the gate so pretty much they close at 4:30 PM. Other than that great place great people and reasonable prices

This scrap yard is by far the best that I have ever been to. I have been going to bear metals now for around 10 years. The employee's are very friendly and even my 7 year old daughter loves the people.

Great place even though we are overwhelmed at times. Short on workers as the prices are low. If u need help, tell the cashier at window and she will notify someone to help you. Worked there for year and a half now. Not bad at all.
