WORSE AUTO WRECKING IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA RECEIVED WRONG BUMPER AND NOW NO REFUND AND THEY WANT CHARGE 30% FEE !!! DO NOT GET CHEATED AND PURCHASE FROM OTHER AUTO WRECKING TOTALLY THE WORSE AUTO WRECKING "BASSET""

This store is horrible! I took a picture of my car door knob, and the model and year of my car, and I show my car in his parking lot. I do not have knowledge about the car parts and told them that. They give a wrong merchandise and when I tried to return it within a few minutes and replace it with the correct merchandise, they refused to refund me the rest of my money. The 1st merchandise they give me was priced at $50, but the one I really needed was only $35 and they would not refund me the rest of my money back even though they were are fault for giving me the wrong merchandise in the first place. They are taking advantage of the costumers/consumers lack of knowledge.The merchandise are overpriced, I asked other store for the exact same part and they said it was only $17.

Going home from work I had hit a pothole. Next day went here and picked up new rims for my car as the rims when I had hit the pothole have dented. Got the rims same day and didn't have an issue.

I just called for an air filter box and I spoke to somebody and told them I will call right back to order and when I called back some asian guy answered and asked me what I need and I told him that I spoke to someone already and gave me a price and I told him 50 bucks and I told him I was playing around right after and he said I cant take your order, got butt hurt about it, sorry but I will not give them my business anymore because they are just plain rude and cannot take a joke. Sorry you just lost a customer.

Bassett is one of those places that if you can't find it they. One of the best junk yards in. I have been in the auto repair shop in Pasadena for over 40 years. And Bassett is always there when I need. Thanks again guys.

So Far parts that I have Bought here at this place have been good I Recommend it if your in need of a Good used Part the staFF there is pretty Kool people.

Their service is not great at all. I operate a business by myself and they said they would not deliver the gas tank because I did not answer the phone I can not answer the phone all the time I cannot always stop what I'm doing to answer the phone. I tried to talk to the manager to resolve it did not want to help.

Was told to send a picture of the part I needed and was told that they had it..got there and they didnt have it let alone know what I was talking about..
