Our boat trailer needed all 5 tires replaced while we were on vacation in Lake County. Beacon Tire was recommended to us and they performed!! Though they had full schedules already, they were able to get all tires replaced for us, before we had to take the boat out of the water. Excellent customer service and quality work. Thank you, thank you!!

This place is amazing. When I first stopped in, I had just moved back to town and my tire desperately needed air. I had driven to the place I used to air up only to find they had taken the pump out. I went into beacon tire expecting to pay for their time and instead they surprised me by doing it for free! The second time I went in, I was having troubles with the same tire. I expected to have to buy a new tire but instead, they did a quick repair and checked all the other tires for me. I always feel like I get fair and honest service from them and as a result, I'll be a repeat customer for sure. They take care of their community here and they seem to pride themselves on doing what's right. Thank you beacon tire, I'll definently be back.

Brian and the mechanics are all very nice and the customer service is welcoming and inviting. I took my Mercedes there to have new tires put on and having been pleasant experience brought it back to have them look at my cabin fan blower issue. They decided they did not have the ability to do the repair and referred me. I had also asked them to look at the banging noise coming from the driver side (having had suspension work been completed by Duford a week prior - banging instantly from pick up to direct drive home- where the Duford mechanic denied any issue (called the following business day about it) claiming the upper mount on the strut was sensitive if it is not perfectly set but that everything was tighten down and operating well - Super nice guy but he was wrong). Beacon did not look at this issue at all (took it to G&M who quickly located the issue as the bolt on the upper control arm not having been tightened down and stuck out 1/4 of an inch - they video recorded this finding). Beacon did not charge me for the looking at the cabin fan issue with the Mercedes but the mechanic speculated it was the regulator in the cabin fan causing the blower issue (which I've replaced twice along with the cabin fan unit and the controls - G&M has now diagnosed it to be the regulator wire harness not the regulator itself.) I also had winter tires on my Jaguar put on at Beacon when they diagnosed a k-sensor and O2 sensor needing placement. They said they could do the work. They were able to do the work on the O2 sensor but took off the intake manifold and struggled with the bolts where the k-sensor was housed (I do not think they applied heat - because they were too busy that day). The opted not to do the work (unfortunately, means yet another set of gaskets to be purchased when I find a mechanic to do the work). They charged me $200 for diagnosis with no diagnosis other than my coolant has a small leak (mechanic thinks its a coolant gasket and told me he can not get to it because of those stuck bolts and that if they were not busy then they may have been able to get the bolts off) and my wiper spray motor needs replacing. Can't say I am pleased about the $200 charge for their time to do work they thought they could do, only to back out. So not only is my K-senor not done, I'm out $200 plus more money on gaskets when the job can be done. In addition the hassle with arranging rides to and from work. They are all very nice and really want to help, but I can not speak highly of the ability to work on foreign cars (even though the labor rate is equivalent at $100 an hour). I also had them do the alignment on my Jaguar which proceeded to shake at the steering wheel when driving over 55 mph. They realigned the car and said to notify them if I have an further issues with the alignment. I really like these guys but will stick to using their services for what they do best! ... Update- After second alignment, car is still shaking at the steering wheel when driving over 55 mph (mechanic said tires may need to be balanced but they just did that when they put on my new rims and new winter tires (I suspect it may be s stock/struct or something else causing it)). I'll be taking it back in to be re-examined in the near future.3/23/2021 - Took the Jaguar to G&M. They did not get a code reading for the K-Sensor but replaced it because I asked (G&M actually relocated it on the engine because serious design flaw requiring the stripping of the manifold and other issues). G&M did get a code reading for the O2 sensor (hopefully not the same O2 sensor Beacon replaced). Replaced the O-ring causing the coolant leak and ordered a new washer fluid gasket (seems the motor in the wiper sprayer isn't the issue). Jaguar alignment still way off and will bring it back to Beacon when change to spring tires and have them realign for the 4x. Also 3 of 4 bolts that hold the under carriage cover on the front end lost (Beacon last to work there). G&M fixed for free. Work continues on the Mercedes so no update.
