We needed a tow of a 24 foot boat, still on the trailer, on a Sunday afternoon in 100 degree weather.....Draggin Wagon provided! They (as in every person on the phone and the driver) were kind, professional, timely, and excellent. Unbelievable customer Service. Lou was a great help. Showed up at Midnight on a Sunday to look at issue and returned first thing in the Monday AM with the parts to get us on our way again. This review keeps changing as I am reminded of my one experience with Draggin' Wagon by different situations; previously it was way too harsh - now I'm way less irritated with the world, so I'll rewrite it!I remember a newer flatbed truck being used, so a good bet for anything you don't want beat up on the road. I also remember not much urgency to get the tow finished, but a lot of good intentions. I think it would have gone faster if anyone had known I was a little pressed for time.If I wound up needing a truck from Draggin' Wagon again, I wouldn't be worried about anything that matters - availability, price, experience or etc, although I would immediately start breaking ice with some sharp humor, as is my way. All in all, all OK

They helped with towing our car but when we need help unlocking or trunk the lady on the phone says they don't do that only doors. When on there website it says they do both.

the driver and the night time shift manger made some rude remarks this time around! this first time I had bad experience with them. won't use them again! please keep your personal thoughts or comments to your self.

We Broke down 50 miles from the nearest dealership. Draggin Wagon was torally professional, helpful and did everything they told us they were going to do. Not sure if this is a woman employee only company, but I hope so! they have this down to a science. It was the 4th of July and very hot weather and our motor home had a flat tire. They arrived quickly and changed the tire and it was the inside dually so they had to take off 2 tires. The rack holding the spare tire had not been opened in a long time if ever. They were very nice. Recommend them highly.

Great service! Was broken down with my truck and trailer hauling my sled dog kennel of 20 dogs! They kept me well informed of when they would arrive. Took care with my truck and took great care of my gooseneck trailer and all my dogs! Great family oriented business! As a single women felt very safe!
