I called and Bessler got back to me write away (spoke to an actual human-being, imagine that) and they resolved the confusion. I live in South Florida and the items came in a timely manner. I had a great experience with Billy he handles the E-commerce side of things for them and he was able to get my ordered processed and all my questions answered he stayed on top of things when ever I had a issue , the only reason I gave it a 4star and not a 5star is due to their affiliate yard , I ordered a engine from them and the yard it came from was affiliated with Bessler but not them and this yard was about a week and half behind but didn’t think it was important to notify customers of this , this caused me to take away a star because there is no procedure in place to make customers aware of such a issue when it happens , this is very important for accountability. I’m aware Bessler can not control this other yard which is why they still got 4 stars however they need to get it worked out so that this yard understands they need a notification process when it’s a extended wait

Bought some parts after I did a search on Car Parts app and Tony at the Kentucky store took care of me. He gave me some great prices. As my son was graduating Basic Training I was going to be out of town for a bit. As the parts had to be shipped to their Ohio yard they were kind enough to have no problem keeping parts stored for me until I returned home. The parts were great, grade A, not a ding or spot of rust like the stuff LKQ sends. Highly recommend any one of the dealers in this company.
