Called ahead to confirm they accepted lithium ion batteries. When I showed up it turns out that they did not. The people I talked to were not courteous and used profanity and epithets at an alarming rate.

I called this morning to compare what they were paying for different metals ...my first question to the very very rude lady was how much brake drums and rotors witch is # 1 steal she told me they was paying $30.00 a ton so I told the very very rude lady that answered the phone how much real scrap metal yards where paying witch is $300. a ton and the very very rude lady told me that I better go there and hug up on me.....so my opinion is that the state of Vermont should pull there license because they are screwing the public

Compared their prices to Leb dump to get rid of two Freon containing dehumidifiers and they were cheaper and easier process - no punch cards!They responded quickly to emails too. And they take cash or checks.Good hours too.

I wouldn't even give them a half star. $30 a ton for scrap metal. Your basically giving them your scrap for free. Absolutely awful customer service. Dont even know how this place is in business.

Got out of work raced to this place just to find out they were closed and it was 20 minutes still until they were supposed to close so it was a wasted trip..........VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN MY OPINION IF YOU SAY YOUR GOING TO BE OPEN UNTIL A CERTAIN TIME YOU SHOULD BE OPEN UNTIL THAT TIME......... JUST SAYING.........
