I have used Big Ox Junk Removal for ten or so jobs over the last two years of getting our land fixed up. The jobs have been stuff from just general junk haul-off, to construction cleanup, to brush pickup. They have always been good about being available when I need them, being on time, and most importantly, thorough in the cleanup. No matter who they have sent, or the work, the guys have always been friendly and fun to chat with. And their prices are extremely good; cheaper than having a dumpster brought on-site. After the 2021 winter storm, I had lots of cedar down from the ice. I called them up to get on their schedule, figuring it would be a few days. They came out that day, still with ice and snow on the road, and got it all picked up. More recently, I had a construction debris job that ended up being more than one trailer load. Instead of just taking the one load and then coming back another day, they came back that night after dark in the cold and rain, and spent 90 minutes getting every bit of what was left to make sure I was taken care of. Amazing service like that is rare nowadays. They will continue to be my go-to anytime I need stuff hauled off. After sending him pictures and a description of what needed to be removed he gave me a fair quote and we then scheduled it for later in the week as it was more convenient for me. When I met Robin in person he was very polite and easy to talk to. He took no time at all to remove all the items we wanted out. Robin was fast, efficient and friendly. He prices things very fairly and is super responsive.
