Do not use Cathy’s Haul off unless you are alright with them destroying your property and showing up three hours late with no notice. They didn’t let me know they would be three hours late and on top of that they scratched my brand new floors multiple times. After calling them they denied scratching the floor and became argumentative. After explaining to them that they were the only ones at the house that day and it wasn’t scratched before they arrived they became even more argumentative and defensive. It’s a shame this small business doesn’t have the decency to apologize for their mistake and ask how they can make it right. Instead I’m left with a scratched floor and told by Cathy’s Haul off that they “do this everyday” and it “couldn’t have been them” and it “must of been a ghost”.Service: Junk removal
