Kasey the sales lady and Tim the manager were both great! Kasey was super nice and knowledgeable! There was none of the typical haggle and sales patch like you find at other dealers. They were both friendly professional and straight forward. I will defiantly do business with Kasey and Tim again! Go see Kasey!

Fantastic Service! Had our headlight replaced after hitting a tumbleweed.I had no option, but to take my toddlers to their waiting area on two separate days. I’m sure that was super annoying, but everyone at Big Spring Ford was very kind and even helpful with my children, allowing us to borrow toys from their desks and ensuring we had the tv remote and coloring books. When my kids spilled their sippy cup, it was promptly cleaned without me having to so much as stress about it.Cheryl, in Service, was a phenomenal help. We bought our vehicle from a different dealership who failed to have it inspected before delivering it to us. Because of this, we had to have it inspected at the same time we had our headlight replaced. Cheryl ensured I had all that I needed to send information to the other dealership so we could acquire our permanent tags.There was no end to this dealerships Patience and Commitment to Customer Care.We hope to buy from you in the future!

As a birthday 🎂 gift to herself Mom was looking to trade up her Ford escape from 2019 to 2020 when we went to Bog Spring Ford but she didn't even get close to what she wanted.... she got so much more! The service was great. Dale was a very nice gentleman that made it plain and simple to see he was all about making the customer happy 😊 and when is job was finished he passed mom off to Kimber (who just loves mom on account of she had already sold her a Ford in the past). It was Kimber's job to introduce mom to her Brand new 2021 Ford Explorer XLT!!! Mom is so adorably proud of her new baby!I only have one 😔....We weren't able to get a big spring Ford accessories package yesterday....However we r supposed to go get it today....🤗😜😝🤪

We were returning home from Santa Fe when we encountered mechanical failure just outside of Big Springs TX. We were towed to this dealership for a quick repair to our vehicle. The service writer Amber was excellent and informative. They told us what was wrong with our vehicle and showed us the damage to the skid plate. While we were waiting for the repair to be completed we were browsing vehicles. Kasey saw us looking and we engaged in a friendly conversation. One thing led to the other and we ended trading our vehicle for a Ford Explorer. Carlos and Kasey stayed late that evening to complete our purchase. We couldn't be happier with our purchase but most of all we were so taken back with the BIG Texas friendly service we received. Great service does exist and it still can be found in small towns in Texas.

MY BIG ADVENTURESeptember 15, 2021More than halfway home from an amazing week at Big Bend National Park in South Texas my aging Ford F-150 began to fail, the check engine light came on and I was limping off the highway to find someone to help me.As luck would have it. I happened across a Ford dealership in Big Spring, TX. At that point the truck was barely running. I pulled over and stopped in at their service department and told them what my problem was and that I was headed home. I noticed that they had a very heavy workload and backlog of customers, but that didn’t stop them from helping a stressed traveler in need.Immediately and without hesitation, Nick one of the service technicians in the department approached me and said he would look at the truck to find out what the problem was. In minutes he had the computer hooked up and had diagnosed the problem. A short time later he and the service team said that they could help me. I pulled in my very sick truck to the bay and they started on it right away.This was amazing the fact that they could help me out so fast and with so much other work to do. I am truly blessed to have happened across this team of professionals. Everything happened the way it did for a reason. It could have been much more challenging, and complicated for me.Nick Zarate is an amazing and talented technician and his customer service and friendliness is a very special trait. His willingness to jump in without hesitation and help a customer in need is rare in this day. He kept me informed of everything he was doing, while I paced outside the service center like an expectant father. Over four hours later and a couple of test drives he had the old beast up and running. He gave me a few tips on service and fuel and reassured me that I could finish the 278 miles to home.Amber Cox was my service rep. As we were filling out paperwork, I was so nervous I couldn’t even remember my address, she calmed me down asked for my driver’s license (duh) and finished checking me in. She is the friendliest, happiest most helpful person I've met in a long time. She helped me through a very stressful period with a smile and an amazing customer centric attitude. Most honest mechanic I've seen. Saved me $300 they could have charged. By showing me door lock could be opened a different way even if door handle was broken in my clunker.

The people there were very friendly and helpful. I brought my Tremor F250 there for an oil change. The only complaint is that the The tech left greasy hand prints all over my hood and scuffed the clear coat on the right side of the fender. It will buff out but they should be more careful and clean off their hand prints when they are done. Other than that it was quick and easy.

Kimbre at Big Spring Ford was very helpful and very nice to work with. I bought a 2019 Ford F150. I was wanting a truck without four wheel drive (which evidently makes it much harder to find around here!) and they finally found one for me with the options and color I was looking for. I was pleased with the price and how quickly they went to pick it up. I will probably buy from them again when it's time for our next vehicle.

When I walked inside this nice looking dealership it was nice at first site. But after the rude attitude from what I assume was a Manger (by the way he acted). He was short pretty chubby Mexican man. I just wanted to buy me and my son matching trucks for the football season. I don't recommend this place unless something changes with the management or just this angry little man leaves.
