Great Lakes Auto House

Would not recommend this shop at all, I returned a turbo beginning of January when i originally placed the returned pick up in December, I have been talking to someone every week to get my refund and still have not gotten an exact response. Every time i call, they say they are NOT in charge of refunds and the person who is in charge is NEVER THERE. Very unprofessional UPDATE: its now JUNE and still have not received a refund

Got a motor from this company through a third party marketing. Motor was locked from delivery. Big Top Auto don't want to give me my monies back. I sent two reports from two different mechanics; both mechanics said the motor is locked and the only way to determine is to break it down. Big Top Auto refuses to refund me nore are they cooperate with the marketers who sold the motor for them. Bad business.
