Everytime I took my vehicle in for a repair I never had to take it back. The quality of their work is genuine and good. I would suggest Bill and Mukes to anyone.

These guys do great work! Last year they replaced the ignition switch in my '98 Nissan Altima when it went out and it still works flawlessly. Just today, these guys replaced the alternator in the same vehicle and the car has gone from loud and not starting to quiet and functioning perfectly. AND they did it on the low end of the national average cost!

Of all the tow companies in all of eastern Idaho, Bill and Mikes is hands down number one! They are professional, friendly, prompt, and reasonable in their prices. I recommend them wholeheartedly. I’m serious when I say they provide professional service at a reasonable price. Thank you Robert and Gary for providing a trustworthy resource in the towing and automotive repair industry.

You'll get 5-star work/price only on your first visit. After that it's a roll of the dice. There's no price sheet to refer to. My first visit was very low-priced. A couple months later they wanted $90 labor to change a dead battery.

Took Motor Home to them to get rear fuel tank working. 2 weeks later got it back. $600 to supposedly drain and flush tank replace fuel pump. Lasted a lasted a month. less than a year later I pulled tank. bad gas and rust inside and pump not work. won't take any business to them again.

The best in town in my opinion! I recommend Bill & Mike's every time I can even tho I hadn't personally had work done with them. I just know the family from interactions at my work & each one is "good people" This is a family-owned & opporated business now in the second generation. Everyone associated with Bill & Mike's I consider to be kind, honest & fair. Today I had my car serviced & few things adjusted and am very pleased with what they did!!

Took my truck in around 10. They had the problem diagnosed and fixed in the afternoon and only fixed what I needed. None of this... well well sonny, there are about 100 other things that need fixed here as well, do you want us to fix those too??? They just got it done right and quick and the pricing seemed very fair.

Safe yourself time and go somewhere else.These guys are sneaky and not trustworthy.They will charge you to fix the wrong part and then tell you to come back and they'll try again. All good if it was for free but to pay over 200 to fix something that doesn't need fixing and then to be told they are busy and will get to it when they can plus you have to pay.again.Non professional examples would be cussing on the phone and smoking in and around your vehicle.

10/10 would not recommend. My experience was so awful This is the first time in my life I have been urged to write a review. I took my car in because it was making an unusal noise every time I started it and asked "Bill & Mike" if they would be able to take a look at it. They said they could in about an hour, so I left my car at the shop and they asked for just my Phone number, not even my name, and I left. 2 DAYS later I get a phone call from "Bill & Mike" saying my exhaust pipe was loose so they tightened it and it was going to cost me $79.99. So without confirmation or permission from me, not even an attempt to contact me, They worked on my car and told me how much I have to pay. So the next morning I go in to figure out what had happened and I find my self getting yelled at by the shops staff asking "what my problem is" and "why am I not paying its only $80" I am a college student here at ISU and $80 is a lot when you're struggling financially. Personally I believe working on someones car and charging them without them knowing or trying to let them know isn't okay. I tried to let them know that but I was repeatedly told They don't work for free. The situation ended with me going $80 in debt to my bank but at least my exhaust is tight I guess.
