Bill is either a terrible mechanic, cares nothing about customer satisfaction or both. We received our car with both a misaligned hood and "new" front bumper. Both sides of the front bumper have air bubbles under the paint, the bumper brackets are visible under the headlights and the passenger door makes a popping noise now unlike before the repair. Also, not all parts were installed.. What a great experience.Oh, and when we called to get the car back in to complete the repair the guy just hung up. Unfortunately we did not personally choose this guy to perform the repairs on our vehicle and were instead undermined by a family member.If it were up to us, as opposed to Google, this guy "Bill" would receive zero stars.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I wish I could give 0 stars...3 times he’s had my vehicle...for a total of 63 hours for a simple windshield replace. Over $700 later & this is what we have.

Bill’s Auto Body provided me with excellent service! He was very professional & punctual. He informed me of his policies in a polite way and offered advice that was very helpful. He got the job done in a very timely manner, and he was very transparent with information regarding his services and my vehicle. He assisted me in the best way possible! I would highly recommend his services!

I stopped by for an estimate and met Bill (he is a super friendly guy). He told me he would get me the estimate later that evening or the next morning. I told him I wasn't in a hurry and the next morning was fine. I didn't hear back from him by the next morning so I called that evening, but there was no answer so I left a message. He never responded to my answering machine message so I tried calling back a week later just to give him one more chance. I got the answering machine again, left a message and still haven't heard back. That was a week ago. 2 weeks have now gone by since he looked at my vehicle and I've never heard from him again. I guess he didn't want or need the business.

They commited to send a tow truck and then refused service 3 hours later leaving us stranded on the road. Cannot be trusted.

Normally collision repair is something you want to avoid. But Bill, yes there really is a Bill, is one of the most pleasant people you will encounter. Highly recommend.

He's a "Real" HONEST MAN. Which is rare in these days and times.
